Learned Experts,
In my divorce case, Evidence is already halfway done on ground of Mental cruelty. Now
my new learned counsel is sure that case is good enough also on ground of Adultery. So kindly confirm if Adultery as a ground can be
added at this stage, specially when we don't require to add any new information in our petition or prove anything new.

husband wants divorce but didn't apply as some days left to complete 1 year. can he applied after 1 year on no reasons??? also if girl don't want to give him divorce can court allow her to leave with him as he is having no reasons for divorce???

Dear sir/mam,
I am ravi, my marriage was done on 22-oct-2012, and she is from vizag and i am staying at Rajahmundry, my mother got paralysis stroke on 20-dec-2012(after two months of marriage),before my wife alwas went to her home without my permission and she stayed ther for 10days and more than that. when my mother got this problem then she stayed there from past three months. even there family never contact me on this regard.
I have four sisters and they got married, now my elder sister staying with me to serve my mother. me and my father also taking care about my mother. my mother cant move her right hand and right leg and even cant talk properly.
now they are asking for separate family, they want to separate me from my mother. which was unethical and unjustice.
so i want divorce from her, guide me to get divorce

but sir, her father was not ready to send her to my placce. and she also regret my proposal and from that day to till their family was not even talk with me.

Hi,
I am married in 2011 and my wife mother, grand mother and her aunts are spoiling her by saying to her that i am not allowing her to do job (when i was married she dont have any job and i searched so many jobs for her), spoiling her future, treating her like slave etc. They used call her 5 to 6 time every day when i leave for office. My father-in-law left my mother-in-law when my was 3 years kid because of her mother and her sisters(my wife's aunts) involvement. Now the same thing is happening to me. Two days back my wife left my house when i went to my home and i enquire our security he said she left with bags. I called my father-in-law and i told him. He asked to file a missing case in police station. I went to police station but they asked to come on the next day morning and wrote my name and wife name in the register they have. she came back to my house on the same day at around 11:30. Next day morning her aunt called and saying they will file the case in the police station. I recorded her aunts call, my father-in-laws call and the conversation between me and my wife saying that she to commit suicide. I also has other conversations of my wife saying bad about her aunts. Please guide me to handle this. All this happenings i didnt informed my parents as they are in their old age around 75Y and i dont want to give pain to them. Please help me

My Wife`s Lawyer spoke to My Lawyer to settle the issue with MCD. Can anyone of you give me in detail
Mention below
1) What is the time-period for MCD? What happens in first payment and when second payment is made? And when Divorce is given?
2) Does MCD differ from State to State and which state gives much faster?
3) As said by my Wife`s Lawyer to my Lawyer that she (my Wife) will come to our
house and she will take her belongings Is it true?
a) What if she comes and she says that she does not want to go?
b) What if she comes and takes away, which is not her belongings like Cot,Alamirah,etc.
4) There are 2 cases booked against me and my parents by my Wife.
Both Cases are:-
a) One is DVC and
b) Restitution of Conjugal Rights
Both cases are operating in 2 different courts. If one case is given mutual divorce which is DVC.What will happen to other case i.e RCR. Will RCR case also dismiss as in one case is given mutual divorce.
5) Please answer me points

I request all the advocates to pls mention the famous LADY advocate in bangalore who have won majority of divource cases to deal with divource case of a female member of our family. This is very urgent also pls let us know how much they will charge normally and how long the case takes place. The best top rated LADY advocate for divource cases in bangalore i cannot find and it is dangerous to approach unknown advocates who says they can handle as it is a question of once life.
i sincerely request all the expert lawers to answer my question

I came to know that my wife is already married with a guy before our marriage and she hidden this matter from me. And after knowing this matter from reliable source i asked her. She left my house and filed a false case of attempting murder to me and said for monthly maintenance.
I work a delivery man for computer parts and mineral water jar. My monthly income goes approx 3000-4500 depending upon my daily wages. What is the amount that I have to give to my wife as a maintenance. We had a 6 months baby too.
I just know that she had married a guy with a register marriage in the year 2007-2008, I have tried a lot to find a document proof of her previous marriage but i failed. I want to file a divorce but how can i prove that she had a previous register marriage with another guy. AND the court never believe me without any prove.
