My brother wife is not staying with him last 4 years. He has one son. She is staying with her parents' own house. Now brother staying is single. He tried many times wife return to the home but she doesn't want to come with him. Now my brother wants to settle into marriage life and his wife neither diverse nor return. So he wants to do the second marriage. Without diverse he can do 2nd marriage .. Kindly advise

Both my parents are no more today. I have a brother who has all my father's assets and valuables. As a daughter I at least want a share in my mother's jewellery which my brother is not in a mood to share. The flats he owns are in his name n my mother as the second joint holder. In case he wants to sell these flats in future would he require a No objection from me? Please advise. Thanks🙏

1. I suffer from certain ailments which I wish to disclose to my prospective wife before marrying her.
2. I also wish to inform her how much household expenses I can bear per month.
Can I ask her to give me an affidavit that she was fully informed of my ailments and spending capacity prior to marriage? Will this or any other such document help me to prevent a misunderstanding - which may lead to complications after marriage

My wife with help of her father keeps threatening me to fix me in false domestic violence and dowry case against me.
She advertently tries to poke me and indulge with unnecessary and useless fights. Always tries to provoke/annoy me and do something which she can misuse to drag me into some legal trouble.
How does the law protect/help me in this situation?
I dont have any proof against them.

I found sex chatting of my wife, her parents bring her and now she is refusing to come with me and she wants to live with my parents,I never done any act related to this cases, wife file false cases. After 1 year and 3 months she file 498a,323 and 506. Mahila thana police consider her COMPLAINT under CHAPTER CASE, gave me bail under 116 with mamlatdar/executive magistrate office and her complaint is rejected due to no ingeraden of this cases Now please suggest me counter case, her father is greedy and she wants divorce what can I do?

After getting a bail, my husband has been disturbing my workplace and linking me up and unneceesarily calling my collegues and friends,which affects my work which is only source to take care of me and my 2 small kids. its happening post Divorce notice and 498A fir for assaulting me to take back case. what can I do.. plzzzzzz advice...

Sir, my father is always abusing and is always ready to bit my mother. My mother is not taking any steps against my father. Xhe is silently bearing all the pain and problems but for me it is unbearable. Sir , if we a last warning to my father. Then , he may understand if not then I will ask my mother to take divorce. Does court mediation helps in restoring marriage.
My husband has filed divorce on cruelty last year DEC'19.Before filing divorce he made me to sign MOU also where we both agreed that we will give eachother time of 6 months to think but after 2 months of signing MOU he filed for divorce.Based on MOU I left house.We have been married for 3 years no kids.Always have issues because of his parents.Whenever they have visited us they used to create issues & asked me to leave the house.Everything was good between me & husband but he cant stand against his parents as he is the only son.But due to these small small issues our relation got affected.So last year in Aug I saw his messages with his office colleague which are not normal.I think it was emotional affair.But rather than sorting out the issues he filed divorce on cruelty.I really dont want divorce he is good person who did bad thing.So in July'20 my advocate advised me to file DV case as my inlaws have asked me to leave house in Dec'19 only.After that I tried to go there but they didnt allow me.Even my MIL called police also but they didnt do anything.I have many reason to file DV as my inlaws have always used wrong language for me they never wanted me to work & many other things for which I have proof also with me.House is in name of my FIL & as I have filed DV case my husband is staying in PG as per them.I really dont want to harass them I really want to give marriage one other chance.so my question is :
1) Filing DV will cause divorce only or will it help to stop divorce.
2) Will Mediation help in restoration of marriage.
3) I am ready to withdraw DV case as of now no hearing done in DV case. but I want to go back to my matrimonial home so is there any other way.
Please advice what can I do to save marriage.Till now we have only attended one mediation session.
