Online status-purpose of hearing “to comply office objection

we filed for mutual divorce before 1 year of marriage and case was postponed 8 times with online status “To comply office objection”. Is this comment because of improper paperwork or because we filed before a year? I know it wont be considered if we file before a year, but we filed anyway for record purpose of our consent. Now its 20 months of separation, we withdrew first filing and a new one has been filed. Now again I see the same comment. Is there a way I can know what paperwork is missing if this is due improper paperwork. please guide me, am clueless as what is happening. Thanks.

Regarding imprisonment in mc crpc

Sir, I filed for maintenance under section 125 CRPC for me and my child and my husband has not complied with the order of interim maintainance. Then I filed MPs for arrears under section 125 (3)and court passed an order asking him to pay all arrears "within one month failing which warrant of arrest may be issued on payment of process". so I filed NBW process which was returned saying I should file civil warrant form.

Si, is 125 cr p c not a criminal proceeding and I was told that he will go to civil prison if he denies payment and I should pay jail bhatta for his substinance in jail is this true?

How can I pay when im myself asking for my livelihood and im in severe financial crisis sir?

can u please guide me sir

Alimony and maintenance

Hi All,

I am a software engineer by profession working in a reputed MNC,my wife is a doctor (MBBS) ,we got married in March,2020.Due to some unreasonable demands of new home etc ,she left my house in the month of April 2020.Now she has filed a petition for dissolution of marriage stating that I am insane.Sec 12 of HMA .I am very much sane and will fight my case ,I don't want to go for a MCD , mutual consent divorce.I want to fight the false insanity petition against my wife and institute criminal defamation proceedings and later file a contested divorce on the basis of cruelty (after the insanity petition) against me is dismissed. My monthly earning is Rs 90000 and she works as a government doctor with a salary of Rs 30000 .We have no children and she just stayed with me ,in the matrimonial house for a month. Will I need to pay any alimony and Maintenance?.If so what would be the approximate amount if I go for a one time payment of alimony.

Divorce by mutual consent

Dear Sirs,
My son and daughter-in-law are wanting to go for divorce by mutual consent. What procedure they need to follow? Do they have to engage an advocate or they can go to the family court themselves with the mutual agreement?

Regarding elope of sister and his father job for them

Person A is male, who married Person B (female).
The above couple were gifted with 2MALE childs one after the other.

Then, Person A married another woman (Person C) and gave birth to a GIRL child. Person C got govt job and after her DEATH the job was given to Person A who mentioned that the GIRLD child as NOMINEE for that govt job and he didnot mention anything about first wife and 2 male children.

Person A died in the year 2018 and becoz of no vacancy no child got the job and process delayed further due to COVID-19.

The girl child (19yrs now) was given a phone by her mother's( Person C) brother's family (who generally is uncle and he has a son). The information regarding the phone was not known to the 2 male people (brothers) and one day she left her home and went to her uncle's home without informing.

Now my question is--

1. Can any one boy gets the govt job as they were not mentioned as nominees ?

2. The girl's uncle family trapper her with some sweat words through phone and asked her to enter their home..Can we file a case on them (Uncle' s family).( The girl is 18 and says that its her wish).

Matrimonial dispute

I have a matrimonial dispute going on. I am a 22-year-old girl. I did love marriage through court, 2 years back and I have a son of 1-year-old age.

My husband started beating me 6 months back and for the past 6 months this fight is going on, Now he evacuated me from my matrimonial house by force and when I contacted my mother and father, they didn't allowed me to enter the house.

Now I am staying in pg and I don't have any place to live.

My husband also brought another girl in him home and he is claiming that she is his new wife and my matrimonial parents( saas sasur) are in full favor of him.

My birth parents are saying that if I give my child to adoption to someone else then only they will allow me to enter my birth home.

My Questions are:-

1. CAN I CLAIM MAINTAINANCE FROM MY HUSBAND, THEY ARE WELL OFF FAMILY.

2. If I want to give the child for adoption, and my husband is neither taking the child nor he is ready to sign for adoption, then how can I give this child to adoption with my signature only
