as i have always took advantage of this forum here i want to know more as my query as follows.
1. i want to contest the divorce please advice me.
2.what should be done and what should not be done?
3.please tell me in contested divorce to whom burden of proof lies.
4.please tell me what can i do if the statement of divorce petition is different from a FIR which was lodged against me u/s 498a,406& 34ipc

Hello Sir,
I am a working woman with a two month old baby.Right after my marriage,my husband started abusing me for money indirectly.He is an alcoholic and had asked me to abort my child many times.When I was 4 month pregnant,I came away to my maternal home and since then has been living here.After my baby was born,neither my husband nor any of his relatives came to see her.
I dont want to go back and want to file divorce.
I would like to know the following:
1)How much time and cost does divorce take?
2)I want compensation for my baby.Can he deny divorce on this ground?
3)Can court make him pay compensation forcibly even if I dont allow him to meet my baby on occasions?
4)In case I stop working after divorce,can I ask compensation for myself too?

Dear Sir,
Kindly clarify on these issues:
A wife having two minor daughters had undergone family planning operation.
Thereafter she got divorce with her husband and re-married another man. But now she had no chance for giving birth of child since already she had underwent family planning operation.
So now she decided to maintain her two minor daughters for which she further decided to file a petition for appointment herself as a guardian to take care of her two minor daughters.
Whether under these circumstances the said divorced wife is entitled for such a relief?
If possible, kindly provide me citations in this regard.

Dear Sir,
Kindly clarify on these issues:
In a matrimonial proceedings a Hindu wife filed a petition for restitution of conjugal life but unfortunately her marriage was not registered. Whether under these circumstances the wife is entitled for a relief of restitution of conjugal life?
If possible, kindly provide me citations in this regard.

My grandfather (A) had gifted his property to his minor granddaughter (B) in 2001 since her (B) father expired in an accident then. B is 13 years old now and A is now in severe financial crisis and want to sell the property. How do we proceed? Should we cancel the gift deed before proceeding for sale or swithout cancelling it. Which is the best way. Pl advice us

Dear sir,
it is to draw your kind attention that my client got divorce notice,as sent by his wife,now i want to know about one thing that,
a his wife wrote in petition that my client/her husband had procured a false degree to get a job before 3years.
my query is this how can i defend my client if it is true.
how can my client be saved from this type of allegation?

I got married in the month of July 2009. And since very 1st day of marriage she started to fight for one or other reason like she was problem with living with my family member, few days I have ignore it and its may be new place and new family member and it will some time to accept it. But day by day she curtly was increasing. she want to left the my father house but its very difficult to me to do so hence my parents and sister are totally depend on me, me and my family member also tried our level best. Every time she threaten me and my family to if I not listen to her then she was call the police, I have also contract with her parents regarding the same problem many time but problem was still remain.. She was disturb me on every night when I an sleeping, he try to talk with me on forcefully even I also told... its effect I face on office work… she want I take psychically action against her and then she was go to police station or negotiation with me to listen her all demand.. Her family member also no all the thing but respond is zero... After one month she has gone to her mother place with her brother … after few day she call me and told me for same If I not listen her demand then she threat for my life and my family.. I have also told her to its not possible to living with her in this scenario… I have also contact with her relative for the same Issue but all are back fire me and If I not living with her then her family will take legal action against me… and file dowry harassment and curtly case against me and my family…
I have some call recoding of conversation between me and my wife…. Where she was threaten and blackmailing me … In this scenario what is my option to get separation with my wife and avid any false case against me???? Pl suggests me…

Sirs,
A property was purchsed in name of Mohemmedan Husband & wife. In between the husband expired.Whether the Mohemmedan wife alone can sell the property to another person.If not what permission and from whom should be taken prior to sale of such property by such Mohemmedan wife .

divorce
I filed for divorce after she went to police station accusing me of having an affair, sexually abusing my kids & asking for power of attorney for my own property. Now she has filed an HMOP for maintence & restoration of conjugal rights. Pl advise how to proceed further? At any cost, i can not live with her anymore.
