How to know the dates

Hi, Me & my wife has submitted the first motion 8 month back. wanted to know the dates now on which we have to appear for the second motion. is there any way throught which we can get the dates of the second motion. we dont want to contact our current lawyer.

You can inquire with concerned bench clerk of the court.

if you want to know the date of next proceeding then you can go to the concerned court and tel the concerned bench clerk wat was your last date of posting,then ask him about the next date and purpose of posting.if he does not co-operates you then search for the daily cause list of the court or case Diary of the said court from their you can get your next date and purpose of posting.Silabhadra Sastry,Advocate,Bhubaneswar.

Court normally does not give dates for second motion. you have to file the petition for second motion once again in the same court and court will record the statement and give divorce.

You should contact or appoint another lawyer who will move your petition.
