In a muslim marriage if a divorce case is still going on and pending and the wife has on her own left the house and gone, then can the man/husband before any decission by the court get married again and bring the second wife to the house or have a relationship with another lady. Would any of the above 2 be legal being a muslim.

A suit property was purchased by me in the name of my wife and a sale deed made. in the sale deed it is clearly mentioned that the purchaser is a house wife, with no source of income.
taking advantage of the situation, a purchaser paid the market value and made an agreement of sale/irrevocable gpa (with possession) and claims to be the owner. This document has been registered with the subregistrar paying 1 stamp duty. Is the sale valid and can the purchaser say he is the owner
After selling this property the wife took a divorce from USA though the marriage was solemnized in India. Is the divorce valid and what implications will it have over the property.Kindly reply with citations.
Sir,
For the past 3 yers since my marriage my wife fights with me in every moment.
Reason for her fights are,

2.She dislike joint family.
3.Always your are giving money to your sister.
4.She never allows my parents,my sister to come to my house when we are in separate house.
5.She doesn't love me but by money.
6.She always things only money all ohers are secondary.
7.She always told me that do what i say or otherwise go for divorce.
The list is too long.
What can i do? please advice.
we have applied for divorse under mutual consent. if in case my wife come back then
1) i dont want her to be part of my parent's proporty.
2) Also if i invest my money/future property on my relatives name then
In above cases whether she is entitled for any of the proporty.

Dear All,
I am looking for a legal advice / suggestions.
I got married to a Christian girl two years back under the Hindu Marriage Act and we have been staying together. My my wife had converted into Hindu religion as per the law to get married.
We had got married without informing our parents at that point of time. My wife is still using her original name so far and hasn't changed it as yet ,as we wanted to keep our marriage a hidden truth to the world until we got consent from our parents.
Now we have disclosed it to our parents that we would like to get married. For which both of our parents have happily agreed. However they still don't have any idea that we are already married to each other. Now the question is
1. Can we re-marry again with each other.
if 'yes' is that legal? and what would
be the procedure.
2. Can my wife convert herself into
a Christian again. if yes what is
the procedure.
3. Can we re-marry under the 'special
marriage act',
4. If none of this is possible can we
register our marriage under different
marriage act or same act.
Also it would be great if anyone can suggest us any alternative solutions on this.
Thanks in advance for your support.
Thanks,
SS
