Hi,
The girl I love is my father's cousin brother's daughter. We both are Hindu. Does the maariage is acceptable under Hindu Marriage Act or not.

Sir, My wife is lonely daughter to my father in law who gave divorce legally to my mother in law when my wife is 5 yrs old and since then he is having illegal connection with another. He came back to my wife and did marriage and later attended all functions in our house. He is a BHEL Engineer. Recently he died.The other lady got the dead body by force and got legal heir certificate. My father in law is not having any children with that another lady but she is already having 2 sons with her first husband. Both my uncle and that lady are having illegal relationship prior to their divorces respectively. Now my doubt is can my wife claim his terminal benefits as well as job from BHEL.My wife's original mother is physically handicapped with no other income and she is staying with us only. Please advice me in this regard .

Lower court given the child visitation rights to me during july 2009. But still my wife is not allowing me to reach my daughter who is at 11 years now. When I visited to my wife house , my daughter said, she will not come with me.
Later when I visited again , my wife , her brother and her mother threaten me and abused me and my mother. We have lodged the compliant in the police station about this incident. All the abuses has been voice recorded.
During last month, she applied for the writ petition in the high court to cancel the order passed by the lower court and also asked to stay on the matrimonial case proceedings at the lower court. We have filed the counter affidavit and no date has been given in the high court.
She has beaten my daughter during 2007 and asked my daughter to abuse my mother with the vulgar words, which my daughter repeated. This has been captured in the digital voice recorder.
During this course, my daughter is also started to abuse me and my mother because my wife tutored my daughter. Such abuses has been captured.
We informed about my wife actions to the lower court judge. Judge asked my wife lawyer to bring the child and wife to the court. But she did not turn up and her lawyer asked for the time to appear. Judge given the date during Feb’10.
Can I have any suggestion from your side on this.

As we have initiated 498a and 406 read with 34 ipc on our brither in-law due to some tempramental issuue between our sis amd borther in-law
now the problem is as the matter is setteled we withdraw all the case as he was ready to divorce,as he has signd the divorce papers also,we quashed all the procedings of above mentiones cases.
Now he back tracked from his stand on second motion, saying that he loves his wife and want to settle with her.
NOW PLEASE TELL US WHAT SHOULD WE DO?????????

Mr Ranjit nad rani got married on 1/4/75 as per hindu rights and customs But Mrs ranjit approached to District court, aurangabad for divorce in 79 and obtained Decree, Ms. Rani remained unmarried. in jan 81 Mr. Ranjit came to know that Ms Rani gave birth to a female child named Ranjitha.
Some time later Mr. Ranjit got married to one Madhuri and was leaving a happy life with two children Bunty and Bubly
During Financial Year 06-07 Mr. Ranjit filed an income tax return where in he has shown a family property consisting of a resendital property where he is leacing noew and a commercial complex located at Nirala Bazar, Aurangabad worth 5 crores. this property was inherited form his father.
Ms. Ranjitha got maried to mr. yusuf who is medical doctor. Ms ranjitha sent a legal notice on jan 1 07 claiming a share in Hindu Family property in capacity of Daughter.
Mr Ranjit denied that Ms Ranjitha was born to him. The Family court aurangabad directed for the DNA test for both the parties. but mr ranjit refused to undergo the same. then family court held that mrs ranjitha is a legitimate daughter of Mr Ranjit.
Aggregieved by diposal order of the family court, Mr Ranjit challenged this order before Hon'ble High court of Bombay, Bench at aurangabad.

I am from Mumbai. Does anyone know good/expert advocate for divorce matter. My wife has left house 2 days back abusing and threatning me. Opposite party is very strong and have lot of political and police contact in Mumbai.

hi, i am amit oza, there were dispute between me and my wife. we got married on april 2008,and there after things were normal till 4 monts,she used to creat a problem between me and my family,verbal agruments on petty issue.then she left the house and stayed there for 6 months,she even had filed a false N.C against me and my parents that we are forcing her to study and telling her to do job and get more salary.
in oct2009 she came back to home, and same things started again. she used to threatned my of commiting sucide and would frame us. once she even tried to cut her hand , but i resisted her forcefully and took the cutter ,and appied some medicine .and even file a N.C that she used to cut her hand.
there after second time she again told that this time i will not be able to save her. i found a sucide note in her bag mentioning names of my family members
as currently my case is transferred to mahila takrar kendra. even there i had notified the same to the mahila officer.
even she had taken all her ornaments at her home, these facts has been accepted in front of the mahila officer.
i am not able to work or live peacefully under this cicumtances.
can a file a divorce case under mental harasment , and can i bring a saty order that she cant enter the house , because she may harm herslf or me or my family after filing a divoce case .

Respected sir,
My wife has filed IPC 125 and HMA 10 against me and a complain lodge against me at Mahila Thana i have already attende a family counceling in this session they gives us a time for one month se told so many thing against me like dowary and tourchering etc there after we visit a advocate there they advice to do a counter case against her US 9 and i have done it. Her family memeber is totaly against me and she is also confused she always told me to live with there family member thereafter i will compermise with you. still i am confused i love her so much i want to live with her not with her family and my job is at another place (other state) how can i solve this problem. please suggest me. they had make some evedience against me and always threatning me about this.

This is piyush chandan srivastav form Allahabad, U.P. currently working in MNC at lucknow as sr. marketing manager. i am really in big trouble and want Experts help urgently.
The real story is below:
i did marriage with priya singh d/o pradeep kumar singh living at allahabad, on 15-11-2009 at arya samaj mandir, lucknow and registered at registrar office U.P. india under hindu marriage act no 25 of 1955 rules, 1973 on 16-11-2009 at Lucknow. on 21-11-09 her father came to my home and convinced us that let her go to see her mother, who was in very critical situation. I and my parents permit him to let her go. After that he starts thrated my family and my wife. i also lodge complain at police station. When she came to police but I found as usual result. As well as complain at National commission for woman on 26/11/09 complain no C0503905. but On 12-12-2009 they did RE-MARRY of my wife by force. i also filed a HABEAS CORPUS WRIT PETITION : 65415 of 2009 [ALLAHABAD HIGH COURT]. But after many counters and re-joinder i feel tht i am going to loss my love and my wedding life too. After 3-12-09 i still did not hear her sweet voice. I love her lot and she is also. We know each other from past 2 years. And after we decided for marriage. We tried to convince our parents. But when they were not ready, we decide to leave our house and marry. Now my wife priya is really in under pressure of her parents and She always admitted that she loves me and married with me on her sweet and free well. But every time her parents told her that if she go with me he kill us and themselves too. Her father is a J.E. in P.W.D. Allahabad so every time try to use his money and man force to exploit our wedding life. I hope u understand our problem and specially my wife situation,and suggest me how we can solve our problam. i have wedding photographs, mobile vedio recording of seven steps again fire. as well as voice conversation as record of me n my wife, where she confesed that her grand father n g.mother was attampting suside. and if they kill them self her father will kill us. she also confesed that she also told another family where her father rearrange her remarry by force but thay also ready to accept her just because of more then 10 lace as a dowery. on 6-12-10 thay submitted a supplimentry counter on behalf of my wife.. where thay completly denied that we are married couple. now what can i do?
