I AM A GOVT TEACHER(SECONDARY GRADE TEACHER) COMES UNDER LOCAL CADRE UNDER STATE SUBORDINATE RULES.MY WIFE FILED AN ADULTRY CASE ON ME.IF IT PROVES WHAT IS THE PUNISHMENT GIVE THE DEPARTMENT?REMOVAL OR DISMISS?OR ANY OTHER PUNISHMENTS WHAT ARE THEY?

i am hindu.i have asked my wife to brought jewelery articles which already gifted to us on marriage ceremoney by her parents for to go to the temple in my native village.bcause it shows my status in my native village.this is the only the intention i had asked.i have asked my wife for this only once.and their parents through cell three times to brought them.but surpringly her father came and taken her to thier home with reason that her mother was sick at mid night.and then they dont send her to my home.i suspects that they sold the gold.my question is is it single incident comes under dowry demand?

i am hindu.my wife deserted me one year ago.after that i changed to islam.and also practising the religion in the home.and also i changed my name and caste in all official records.i had married again in islam.is the second marriage valid?undr what sections ?what is the punishment?

i am hindu.govt employee.my wife deserted me two years ago with pregnency dated 10-01-08 without any reasonable cause just bcause of EGO.after that i went her parental home and asked her to come for four times.the last i went to her on 12-05-08.all the times i went to her stayed only one single night.when should i file a divorce case under desertion of two years?is it january-2010?or may-2010?

My wife is agreed to get Mutual consent divorce against the permanent maintenance of Rs 7 Lacs which has to be paid by me in three installments (2.5+2.5+2 Lacs). We also have a 4year old baby girl whose custody will remain with my wife after divorce. I want earliest & hassle free divorce. But I have doubt that my wife could cheat me anytime after taking the Permanent maintenance/Alimony amount. Currently 498a, D.V, 125 Cr.pc & 340 case are filled on me and are on trial. She agrees to quash all these cases. What are the must do points I have to keep in mind while filling application for mutual divorce so that she would not able to claim any other amount or maintenance on her or child name once the decree of divorce is obtained. In what ratio & when should i have to give this amount to her. Can second motion of Mutual divorce waived off. Will its means that i would get divorce on same day of application filled. I also want right to see & visit my daughter after divorce. Please suggest.

can a wife who has filed a suit for divorce after complaint u/s 498a which is pending in the court,claim for maintenance if the 498a is decided in husband,s favour or for alimony?

One of my friends have registered for adoption of a child in a legally approved adoption agency. It was told to him that he will be informed when a child is available. But now it is clearly understood that the agency has given child to several applicants who had registered after him.May be the agency got some money by way of donation or so from these applicants. My query is whether there is any provision that the children has to be given on the basis of seniority of application? If not the agency has every right to give the child at their own interests? Whether the CARA or the SW department have any check on these activities?

I have made divorce to my wife. Now I need to pay the mata'a to her together with the idda expenses. Wife have the similar finacial status. Please guide me for the following.
1)How can I calculate the mata'a (Muslim- Sunni - Hanafi school)?
2)Is their any previous judgment or law in this regard?
3)Is the Husbands earning will consider for the mata'a calculaton? My monthly income is Rs.10000.
