Notice u/s 145 Cr.P.C. was issued in October by SDM in respect of a residential property. HC subsequently issued a status quo order. Can the SDM ignore the HC order to alter the status of possession of a property bequeathed exclusively to Complainant in the proceedings u/s 145 Cr.P.C. by the deceased owner-testator ?
Probate proceedings are already on before High Court in respect of the registered Will since April. The beneficiary of such property was pushed out by force and under threats to his life .
After making several complaints to the local police, an FIR was registered in September when the goons/tresspassers were arrested. The beneficiary of this property immediately reoccupied this property as the tresspassers were booked, whereafter, the Beneficiary has been living in the said property peacefully for more than a year, now. Proceedings u/s 145 were initiated after the beneficiary reoccupied the property.

1). When does this Act(amended) becomes effective?
17-06-1956? or much before, if so, when?
2) Does this amendment confers the right for the daughters, who are born before 17-06-1956?
3). What if a partition is effected before 24-12-2004, registered as per the provisions of The Registration Act of 1908? Is it valid?

Dear sir,
I was married in 2005 i am from upper middle and my husband from middle class
every thing was going well some 1 yr after my marriage my father in law (f i l) started saying we are incurring loss in businness and started seeking help from my father
my father also started helping as my husband was good to me.
latter this happend the routine cause. my brother in law father inlaw & my husband used to sit in the same shop.
latter I came to know they are opening a new shop.
from where I understood the plan game of fil.and I asked my father not to help any more.
NOw my in laws started torturing me n my father.my husband was a mum puppet
latter they started planning of taking divorce n remarry him with a widow who was the only daughter.
so left with no choice i filled 498 a case.my father had some cheque entries which proved ample evidence of demand from their side.
than my in laws moved to the family court for divorce saying that i am cruel to them by putting 498 case.
i went to the court to stop the hassasment done for money to me n my family.and want to live with my husband without my in laws.
please guide me.
And also provide some judgements where divorce on basis of 498a is not entertained.

I had Filed Divorce and Henchmen Injunction Petition in the Family Court, I got Interim Order on Injunction, and Case proceeded for 3 Hearing their after the Opposite Party Went to HC for Transfer of Suits from Family Court to Senior Civil Judge Court and accordingly the HC Ex-Parte Transfered the case from Family Court to Civil Court, From that date onwards I am not attending the Case for 6 months, As I suspect their is Life threat to me as the opposite party is notorious, If I go their for hearing , Now I have 2 Questions:
1.Why did HC did not follow the Family Court act Chapter 8, which was designed by HC itself, while Transferring the case from Family Court to Civil Court which is 38kms away within the same District?
2.What would be the Fate of my Divorce Suit and Injunction Suit as I am not attending the Case for more then 6 months now?
