Time and again I have been mentioning about how harassed husbands are at a loss on all counts.
They have to bear the brunt of the erring wives.
Shell out huge amount of maintanance.
Be thrashed by the laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarge hearted judges.
These are the hard facts prevailing.
Now, even the persons fighting for the cause of harassed husbands have also BEEN FORCED TO toe the same line. THEY HAVE ALSO BEEN VICTIMS OF THE CURRENT SHOCKING JUDGES AND MATRIMONIAL LAWS.

Iam 8 months married, i have been deserted by my husband & inlaws. Presently iam staying with my parents, me and my husband had small fights etc, so my husband and my inlaws started saying that we are incompatible and we should divorce eachother.But this is their choice not mine,iam very much interested to live with my husband,actually my mother in law wants my husband to remarry. anyway now my problem is my husband and my inlaws are inflicting nasty alligations on me, that iam bad character person, i had living relationship in past, before marriage etc, and iam afraid that they can say that i was not even virgin when i got married ,just to prove me wrong and get divorce. My part of truth is, i never had any live in relationship,i used to stay in girls pg during my college, i had a boyfriend, but before 2 years of my marriage we brokeup, but iam not a charaterless girl, even my boyfriend had a girlfrnd for 7 years, and he was also into physical relationship with that girl,but i had accepted all this after marriage.And my husband knows the truth that i was verymuch virgin when we got married, but now just for divorce they are defaming my character, please help me,please tell me that is their any medical test where i can prove myself,that i was virgin before marriage. and my inlaws are putting alligations that i had live in relationship before marriage, which is completely false, so my question is court will consider such things???? court won't ask my inlaws for proof that whether i had a live in relationship or not ????
And can a husband escape from giving maintenance to his wife by saying that she has a bad character???

We want to transfer or stay of our case.(D.V Case). Kindly guide us what type of documents required for transferring or stay.

Hi all,
I have done marriage in yrs. 2005 in the Native place UP according to Hindu culture. We both (Husband & Wife) have not registered our Marriage in any court. After the Marriage I never bring the my wife to my home. My wife’s parents they have told to us to give her “Gavna” after 3 Yrs. While after 3 Yrs.my “Mother in Law” (wife’s mother) she is expired. Due to this I have not bring again my wife to my home. After completing of 5 Yrs. When my parents & I want to bring her home, she refused to live with me. She told me that she is not interesting in me. Even after this reply from her side I try to communicate with my wife but she refused to talk with me.
2-3 days later I get a abusive call from her mobile in which she has given me warning to kill me. Even an unknown person from her mobile also abused and given warning to kill me if I will call her again. When I complaint about this to her parents and brother then they told me why u are calling her if she don’t want to talk with you. Then I ask them to whom I talk if I have wish , after that I wait for six month and I think that may be she call me again but she never call me again. But before few days I get a call from landline (PCO) again abusive call and warning to kill me.
I have not reported these to police station because I think what the people will think about these relationship.
Now I want to give her divorce and that is my final decision after 6 Yrs. Of waiting Period. But my salary for the month is 9000 Rs. And I cant give her any kind of compensation while I want return back my jewelers from her which we have given her in marriage. Even My wife is also working we both are independent.
1)Please let me know should I have to pay any kind of compensation to her if she wants. Please reply and what kind of compensation.
2)How I can file divoce against her and what will be the total cost of this. What kind of compensation she can demand to me.
3) is it required to take the divorce from the court, if we dont have any kind of marriage certificate. is there any other way to give her divorce.

I want to ask,the procedure of getting allimony ? my sister is going through rough patch in her 6 months marriage. she is staying with us presently. She is studying. her inlaws & husband want a mutual divorce, they are not filing for divorce but want it to be done with mutual concent, whereas my sister is very upset and she does not want divorce. we tried for a patchup but my sister's husband & inlaws didn't cooperate, now we are thinking to file a case for maintenance under section 125 crpc,as my sister's future is stake. But we are not sure that that it will work or not,and if if my sister's husband goes and file for divorce, can my sister ask for allimony?? i have heard that working & educated woman, without a child doesn't get allimony.is it so ???? and allimony is for life long or for few year ??? Please guide me .

Iam married, its 5 months of our marriage. My husband and my inlaws have deserted me, and iam staying with my parents now. On minor petty issues, quarrels they have blamed me lot of things and they don't want to keep any relation with me, I have tried so much to convince my husband but he doesn't take my calls and ignores me, reconcilation process and counselling have failed, and my husband & inlaws are not taking it seriously,and they are not making any effort to maintain this marriage, so in this situation can i file a maintenance case of section 125 crpc, for maintenance, as i want to continue with this marriage but my husband doesn't want to live with me, so if i file for maintenance will i get that ?? Basically i want to ask if a wife wants to stay with the husband, but husband doesn't want ,in such situation section 125 crpc works, is it allowed ???? in such situation is the wife entitled to get maintenance from husband ???? just explain me please.

BUT THE Govt. Qazi Hyd has sent Divoce Notification but she refused to receive the Registered post. The Govt. Qazi has issued Diverce Certificate.
SECOND CASE FILED ON OCT. 2010 PROTECTION OF WOMEN DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ACT 2005 SEC.12
Can we announce in the news papaer NOW? THIS LEAGALLY ACCEPTABLE IN THE COURT?
