my grandfather left a registered will in my and my brother favor in which he gave his self acquired house to me and my brother. now after his death do i have to get a probate from the court or can i sell the house without the court interference. my uncles i.e other childern of my grand father are against it and we have a dispute. but the will is absolute registerd in sub registerar office where my grandfather went and was photographed and was witnessed. this is his first and last will.
kindly advice me.

Hello,
I have registered a case on my husband and my father in law of dowry act and attempt to murder in the month of may 2010. And a case is registered on them and charge sheet is also issued to them 2 months back. Now the case is in court, my question is. Can they( husband/father in law) fly abroad/Overseas on work?

My husband has filed a RCR against me around 4 months back but he himself has left me taking all my valuables and has ended all his contacts with me, I am not aware where is he putting up now. There have been 4 hearings for the RCR case so far and i have attanded all four since i still want to give this marriage a chance.My husband appeared just for one hearing and bluntly told the honable' Judge that he wants to end this marriage and he has filed for RCR only to safegaurd him and his parents agaisnt any anticipated criminal complaint i can file against them. My husband and inlaws are very well aware of the torture they have inflicted on me and thats the reason to save themselves they filed for RCR but since i still want to save this marriage, i never thought of filing any criminal complaint against them.Now the problem is my husband and his parents are telling this to everyone that they want to end this marriage at any cost and better if i get ready for mutual divorce. I just wanted to know that i dont want to give divorce to my husband but can he still file for a divorce case when a RCR acse is already in process. Moreover if i dont sign on divorce papers and give my consent for it, Can he still get it through court without my consent? Pls help at the earliest..

Can wife claim her valuable belongings, ornaments, streedhan, etc. in a divorce petition alongwith main prayer of divorce? Is there any specific provision to that effect? If so, what is it? Regards.

Dear experts, In divorce cases who will be responsible to prove allegations? example If wife accusses husband with mental disorder who needs to prove it - Wife?

In a case for permanent maintenance filed by wife, when interim maintenance application is also pending.
However, the advocate for respondent/husband stating that he is ready to conduct the main case instead of proceeding with the application for interim maintenance.
Is his act condemnable?

Is there any time limit prescribed under D V Act for filing Case - incident took place in April 2007 - now a case can be filed on the basis of April 2007 -alleged incident !

hope you all are doing well.....i have a query and i want your valuable advice regarding this.actually,there is a muslim married girl who wants talak from her husband but her husband is not willing to pronounce talak and compelling her for khula and you experts very well know if she will ask for khula then she have to leave her many rights which shariyat has given a muslim women at the time of talak when it would given by husband....so experts,here i want to know that what remedy she have in this situation ??

I have staying with a bar dancer in Mumbai for past 8 years, she belongs to a be dia community from morena wherein it could be said as society of chaste wives and prostitute sisters, we could have been said to been married as per customary appearance, as well as in 2008 we got married as the village customs in front of vilagepeople, since then brought a house in her name, plot, ornaments and all that a spouse expects from her life partner, had twins in 2005 which expi red, later on the when hotels closed down in 2005, she started her normal life as a a housewife, she was a child of a pimp who was brought by her father before her birth, the step brother disliked her attitude of one-man relationship followed by her, as time went ahead a girl-child was born in april 2008, her brother snatched her plot, mortaged her Mumbai residence, and even sold her ornaments, and in august 2010, they manage to take away the mother and the child to their native place without informing me, and started blackmailing for more, after a lapse of 2months in oct2010 I too manage to bring back the child only to Mumbai, now threats telephonically began, the mother was mentally tortured and sent to meerut, where she did not follow their instruction to live in brothel, and now she has started working in Mumbai, and now is been pressurized to obtain the girl-child from me for their ulterior motives; which I have refused.
