A wife, well qualified and earning, is eligible to get the maintenance from the husband as per any law? i have a case in hand. please help giving the right advise. thanks in advance.

There are various affidavits given to court in mutual consent divorce.
However the court passes only a decree " dissolving the marriage".
1)What is the status of affidavits given to court,not mentioned in decree?
2)Are thay affidavits valid
3)If a party does not comply with conditions in affidavits , but not a part of decree,, will it amount to contempt of court

Dear Sir,
what if the boy is below 21 years and the girl is 19 they married themselves and objection was given from boy's family in court what will happen to the marriage, the boy is in jail custody and the girl is trying for bail for the boy, can the parents of the boy object as he is under 21 of age. the girls family has lodge a case u/s 366.

2)Are thay deemed to be accepted or rejected?
3)If a party does not comply with conditions in prayer, but not a part of decree,, will it amount to contempt of court?

Dear Sir,
Marriage happened in 11-03-2011.After first day of marriage girl told me that she is not interested in physical relation after that there were tremendous tension b/w us.In the 75 days we made physical once only.After that she adviced me few conditions ( like not touching, kissing no foreplay direct intercourse ), two days / week , no child till completion Ph.D ) and told me that if u r fine with it then our relation can go ahead otherwise not possible.I have denied these conditions.. now wants Separation.
Issue : She is wiling to leave home forever.. What should we do for our safety from various acts ? She is denying to give anything in writing.

Hi,
My father passed away recently, he dint have any will....he had invested in mutual funds and lots in shares, The nominee for the same is my stepmother , does tht mean the she gets all of the same and we (class 1 heirs) have no claim to it, as she insists they atre all hers as per the law? Kindly help us with the law. We are all residing in Delhi.
