Hi,

I would like to know, how a marriage can be made Null and Void.

parties will perform marriage either under their personal law or under special marriage act,all laws themselves lay down as to which of marriages performed under a particular law shall be null and void.

IF MATTER DALT WITH HINDU MARRIAGE ACT THEN GO THROUGH SEC-5 & 11 OF SAID ACT.
