Hi,
I would like to discuss the situation of one of my closest friend.
She got married to a person in an arranged marriage system. The harmony was not their since from the day of engagement to marriage.
As such the boy was behaving in manner that he doesn't have the responsibility of wife or even towards wedlock. Whenever some queries were asked by a girl was converted to arguments. This is in a brief, if required details will be provided for discussion.
Parents of boy are not talking with girls parents since from the beginning as such there is no relation developed between the families and now since last 2 months even not talking with girls also.
In personal discussion boy have raised the questions of getting golden ornaments as a gift from girl’s side on different occasions.
Even in personal discussion about the home situation and his behavior towards girl or his parent’s behaviors towards her or her parents, his answer was this is the right way. If not accepted, please get separated because he don’t have any correct answer for the same.
It is very difficult for her to stay with her husband and in-laws and same time her parents are not supporting her in this situation, they are asking her to live them (in-laws) only. They have just completed 6 months.
She wants to get separate, what should she do?
Please suggest.
Thanking you

Respected ones,
I have filed a petition for divorce against my husband in Jan 2009. I have valid grounds for the same, but my husband now understands that it is going to be tough for him, as such now he wants to compromise and says that he shall henceforth improve his behaviour and take good care of myself and the daughters. But, my elder daughter has seen and experienced the cruelty which I faced, and also faced by both the daughters. She still remembers the various abuses we were subjected to and often cries. My husband is trying all means to delay the matter, so that he does not have to pay any maintenance. My questions are :
1. How can I get the divorce in the court, at the earliest when my husband is totally non cooperative and does not even turn up on adjournment dates?
2. My husband had demanded monthly access, I am not sure what to do? is it compulsory to give access?
3. My father-in-law has inherited property from his great grand father. The said property has come to him through division and as such it is ancestral property. The property is situated in the State of Gujarat. My elder daughter is 2002 born and younger is 2005 born. Can I ask for share from the proprerty of my father-in-law for both my daughters on behalf of my daughters? Further, do I get a right to ask for a share in my father-in-law's property. Kindly advice and help. Thanking in anticipation.

Dear Sir / Madam:
If the matter is settled between Wife & Husband:
1. Can the Case of Annulment / Nullity be Converted to Mutual Consent?
2. If Yes, How long does it take After filing Mutual Consent for the Court to Decide on Granting of Divorce?

Alimoney / Maintenance for son
I am married in 2005 and now have a son. As I am suffering from paralysis of lower limbs I can not walk properly. Currently I am also jobless. My wife is in service. Currently we are staying with my parents. My parents are retired and are sustaining on their pensions. They have not inherited any property. They own a flat and have some bank deposits. As I am jobless, my wife wants divorce from me. Do I have to pay alimony to my wife and maintenance for my son? After divorce, does my wife and son have any right on the property I might get from my parents after their death? Please give your opinion
