Hi,
Can somebody let me know the procedure of making a payment/compensation amount to a girl while taking a mutual consent divorce, as I doubt about her and her family members genuiness? How the payment should be made so that I would not be in trouble in future?
They are asking for initial payment. Which I'm agreeing and rest payment in second motion. What procdure should be followed to safeguard my money so that she will not deny the payment in future?

My question is for India (Please answer based on Indian Law)
I have a sister who is a widow with a 13 yr old daughter. Since Her husband was working as pharmasist in Health Deptt. of UP Govt. she also got the job in the same deptt as a compensation after his death.She also gets the pension of her husband and some immovable property also transferred to her name , got from inheritance of her husband's side . Now we are planning a remarriage for her so I have some questions :
1.Will she get the benfit of pension even after remarriage
2.Will she have to loose the immovable property(Agricultural land) which she has got from her husband's side (Previous)
Your suitable advise will help us in taking decision for her remarriage.

I am a 40 year man and had filed fora mutual divorce 6 years before. The mutual divorce later is protested by my wife and the case is going on with yearly dates...
since I am getting older, want to remarry but legally can not untill i get a decree which appears to be far from reality.
Meanwhile, I found a lady through family, who understands my situation and is ready to live with me practically as wife.
can my estranged wife create any problem???? while this new lady will not be officially married to me. further if my this new lady has a child in due course, will it have any direct/indirect bearing on my divorce case???
your practical expert advice will probably give me a new lease of life.
