pls tell me process of muslim court marriage in the delhi. i am muslim and my girl friend also muslim we want marry i have all document which is necessry in the marriage and my girl friend has no more proof she has only birth certificate and ration card is it enough for marriage pls mention EXPERTS all requirement of muslim court marriage ?????????

The Indian Christian Marriage Act, 1872 is not applicable in the State of Manipur. Who will solemnize marriage of Christians in Manipur, and who will issue marriage certificates of Christians in Manipur?

In laws and husband tortures me mentally. And sometimes physical tortures i have faced. Now my husband has applied for case as "void/nulling marrieg".
I have sacrificied everything for him. But now he filed case and left me and went. My entire life s lost cause of him.
what complaint should i give against him? where to give? polict station or court? EVen his parnts(in laws) have uttered bad words to me.
But how to produce proofs for it?
Pls help.

hi suppose one hindu boy puts vermillion on the forehead of a scheduled tribe girl in a temple who has already maried earlier to a muslim boy or a christian boy and staying apart now is it will be considered that the boy is married in the eyes of law

Divorce without any alimony
if a husband has the proof of the illegal relationship of his wife with other man in form of printouts of exchange of emails with regards to illegal relationship and a written letter from her that she has been disloyal and will not repeat the same again. then can he divorce her and free himself without having to give any alimony to his wife (if the wife is already separated for more then one year from him)
Second question :
is it that after three years of separation the divorce takes place by default without having to file it or fulfill the formalities?
