Hi,
My marriage is about 2 years old. My wife and her family is always
Forcing me to give up my parents and sister(basically my family). My wife and her family were threatening me for the act of 498A. My wife is always threatening me that she will harm herself and will blame at me.
Becuase of these incidences I am always being in tension. This mental pressure caused reduction in heamoglobin level. In November 2010 I got admitted in Appolo hospital New Delhi. During the course of my medication my wife broken the lock of my rented flat put a new lock. After discharge from hospital when I was asking for the keys she denied to give and said she will allegly put me and my family in jail?
I asked house owner for the copration in this matter then he asked me to vacat the flat and was forcing me to get keys of flat from wife.
Now days, inspite of having my flat, I and my mother are living in paying guest.
I am a service class person and one and only one earning person in my family.
Will you please suggest me to get rid of these problems and get rid of torture done by wife and her family...
Thanks in advance

sir
mine is matrimonial issue pending in the court. i filed OP to declare my marriage with the Respondent as null and void as she is having living first husband. she filed counter. and first husband also filed OS to declare my marriage as null and void. now my question is sir that the respondent filed counter in OP and Written Statement in OS by taking differnet versions i mean to say that she is saying one thing in my OP and another thing in OS. there are so many contraditions like that. unable to take consideration any of her pleadings in OP counter and OS written statment.
Sir please suggest any citation to expose this type of charecter in the court. arugments are coming near by . i want to file some of the judgments in this aspect. please forward me the citations relating to contradictions in the pleadings.

sir
hindu woman married in the year 2005 and it was love marriage. both boy and girl were majors at the time of marriage. they got married in a small temple. priest performed the marriage. now dispute has arised between them. now the girl though first marriage is in subsistence she again married. first husband filed suit with IA to stop second marriage. now the matter is in the court. recently trail court framed Issue that whether first marriage is performed or not and whether that marriage is valid marriage or not.first marriage is love marriage. there are 32 photos graphs are there to show that there is subsistence of first marriage. in those photos we can see husband tying thali, exchanging garland, celabrating of Jandyam cermony, Arundhathi nakshatram showing etc.
both were hindu brahmins. sir please clear my doubts on the following issues.
a. i came to know that if court comes to conclusion that marriage has taken place, will court will come to conclusion of presumption of all cermoinies have taken place in that marriage.
b. is there any citation of presumption of performance of all essential cermonies in the marriage.
c. the marital life of fist husband and wife is two and half months.

Maintenance
respected experts........
pls let me know whether a divorced lady (major) is not aware of the where abouts of her divorced husband, can claim maintenance from his father (who is a employee)?
(2)What is the solution if a maintenance petition filed by the wife along with her divorced child(aged about35yrs)claiming maintenance from her husband & father of the married child, was returned with an objection that how can be the petition maintainable as the daughter was major and divorced.
(3) whether the petition should be filed afresh only by the neglected wife or any remidy to calim maintenance for the two petitioners?
