http://www.thehindu.com/news/national/article3207627.ece

So now the government has become enemy of already harassed husband too, if husband ask for divorce girl can challenge, but she can do that easily and take away the property share also.

I am in the process of filing divorce on the ground of Adultery wife have committed and cruelty through filing false cases? Will that backfire now post this amendment in laws?

Can husbands do anything for the property he has to save it from greedy wives?

Could anybody clarify indian sex-biased law

D/Law Experts,
Could anybody explain why the indian law in this age of globalisation is sex-biased?What wrong is done by the males in the past that have to face the males today. My divorce case is pending from last 15 years. She allegated me a number of times and astonishngly police and court already wait to say welcome to such matters.I was thrice sent to the jail and during the period when I was behind the bars, eating non-standard food, she was enjoying outside with the money the court ordered me to pay as a maintenance. My whole family was weeping and her family taunting them openely in the court. Now 406/498a is about to decide. And the judge attitude towards us is not much favourable.I and my family members always remained against dowry.I belong to a comrade family that always fought in favour of women. Now I am pretending about that. Why not the SC should ordered to the men involved in the DV to leave India for ever to "Kalapani".
