So now the government has become enemy of already harassed husband too, if husband ask for divorce girl can challenge, but she can do that easily and take away the property share also.
I am in the process of filing divorce on the ground of Adultery wife have committed and cruelty through filing false cases? Will that backfire now post this amendment in laws?
Can husbands do anything for the property he has to save it from greedy wives?

Mr gaurav I understand your feeling but every case need to win with proof and evidence if genuine case of evidence need not bather about any faver. As per your stament if you hav strong evidence then the judgment come to you

What will happen in court, we cannot predict.
Even best person, gives damaging evidence, if crossed that way.
So adultery charges are very serious, and very difficult to prove.
Husband in Dubai for five years, could not prove Adultery of wife have years baby!!!
Passport entry shows husband not in India for years.
Opp Advocate and court argue, can have two passport, or, must have come & gone back illegally by boat, When she says he came, and she did not check his passport!! He was with me in India, when child conceived. DNA test not allowed!!.
So be very careful
What Shankar Narayan says has meaning in it. It all depends on Evidence in Court, not facts. .

1. The amendments have still not taken place.
2. The fault grounds still stand
3. The share in property has to be decided by the court even if the changes take effect.
If there is a valid ground, file for divorce.

These people of India may now think of adopting the procedure of US. Because, in US the wife is entitled for share in the properties if the husband obtained after marriage i,e, during matrimonial life even if wife not contributed monetarily to buy. Certainly it become curse to the Male celebrities in future in India. How in US the women have been taking advantage strategically. Then our India should adopt easy getting divorce laws provisions also i.e. no fault divorce nut not only regarding properties
