sir...i need advice...iam staying in kurnool andhrapradesh my age is 29 years...iam in love with 24 years gal from chennai tamilnadu...sir both of us are intrested to marry but her parents are not intrested to gettiing marriage...sir we are planning to marry in temple ...is tat marrying in temple is valid becaz her father parents are much rude they will try to seperate us next she is in intrested in love marriage ...is there any source to marriage according to indian law...even her parents are keeping her not to be in contact with me....but she is totaaly intrested in love marriage...but she stays in chennai...plz help plz help ....

Marriage happened in 2007
relations went bad in 2009 and Wife made an application in women cell and also application before court under PWDVA in 2009 alleging dowry harrasment and demand of a car basically during the first six months of the marriage
above actions withdrawn due to compromise(compromise was a neutral compromise without any prejudice to any party which wife's lawyer obtained to withdraw PWDVA application) and both resumed co-habitation.
Pl answer this query
(a) Relations again getting bad and husband expecting fresh case. Now when a fresh case of 498a is filed, can wife mention those allegations which occurred during initial periods(of course as per her and not as a matter of fact)of marriage again in her complaint and isnt those allegations barred by limitations unless she also says that the demand is continuing till date(which is not easy as husband and wife staying separately since then and allegations were mainly against his parents)...?
(b)will the earlier complaint and compromise have any bearing on fresh complaint in the matter of anticipatory bail etc? will it help wife or husband?

Wife from foreign country has filed divorce petition u/s. 13 (1) (ia) by making POA to his father. Husband contests the divorce case. Before marriage, wife and her family members misrepresented husband by personally and by giving fake matrimonial advertisement in newspaper that she had PR visa and she would sponsor husband in foreign country after marriage. Husband had trust on her and he did not check her documents at that time. but, the fact is that she had completed student visa at the time of advertisement. And now, she has working visa status and still not having PR visa. Husband has known about her real visa status when he see the Passport copy of wife attached with divorce petition. Husband has proof of that fake advt. in newspaper. Can husband put any allegations to his wife and his in laws about misrepresenting of his VISA status? Because husband believes that the lady had married just for herself interest

suppose :
sec. 9 / 10 / 12 / something u/s 13 is filed in court by husband / wife.
At a later stage,
can these petitions be converted to sec. 13 B; without withdrawing the original petition ?
or
is it a must to withdraw the previous petition & file a fresh sec. 13 B petition ?

Hi.. 6 years back my mom applied for divorce and the same was granted but we have not got the copy of the decree from the court. We don't have the case number either. Is it possible to get a copy now. The advocate who handled the case is not co-operating in getting us a copy...

am asking this for my frnd, 2yrs back she registered her marriage with the boy frnd and this is not known by her parents.nw she is working in abroad her parents arranged a marriage for her so she informed to them about the register marriage.nw she has no contact with her boy frnd he is absconded so she say ok to the marriage which her parents arranged.nw the matter is whether she can register her marriage because he is working in abroad he wants to take her along with him .she is so scared about the second time registration

within 3months of my marriage my husband and his family treated me bad for dowry... I came to my fathers home....Now My husband and his family have taken the antisept bail, but till now I don’t have an idea to go and file a dowry case since I want to live my husband…. Please suggest me what I can do
elders involved to solve the problem but elders are speaking in middle my father in law went... my husband also went behind his father..
they have given the following conditions to me
1. I should see my parents once in a month and none of my relative should come to see me expect my parents that weekly once they can see me.
2. I should give my whole salary to my father in law. He will give some money for my personal expense. (including my lunch)
3. whatever his parents says I should do without any question.
my husband doesn't have decision making knowledge. only his father his doing everything, even buying perfume to me his father is doing.
Even I don’t have any privacy in there home, everything everything is common in there home
If I am living with my husband separately from his parents means there is possibility of change… but my father in law will not allow us he required both of us salary
My husband afraid for his father... my inlaw expected me to be as savalary to them...
please advice... how do law can help me

If husband as petitioner files mcd alongwith wife based on MOU and gets statement recorded too ,can he later deny or remain absent from second motion?If yes what is the remedy?

While withdrawing cases of DV and 125 as per MOU resulting in MC Divorce what should be recorded in withdrawl statement as a precaution ?
Should we include the term that in case of violation of terms case would rerun from the last stage it had reached earlier?
