Whether man has no right to contest divorce if file by wife?
If wife is rich and wealthy what will be the explanation of new property right as per bill?

In a hindu family who / either son or daughter is to perform the funeral function of their parents (father/mother)in the event of death. while a son is ready to perform the funeral function, a daughter / daughters could object and bar it. Please inform with reference to relevant law and rule.

I m a 34 years guy got registered marriage in 2006. But have not started cohabitation till now. Due to some extreme conditions, I have applied for contested divorce against my wife on desertion ground on 14.05.2012. The family court has given me the copy of notice for sending to my wife's address. The date of court attendance is fixed as 18.06.2012. Now, I want to ask you, what will be the perfect time for sending the registered post to my wife's address? I want she does not come to the court and an ex parte decission issued by the court. I have to win the case anyhow, sir. Please help me. I m in a great distress. I just cannot tolerate that wife.

Hi recently i divorced my wife and after my divorce i started the queries in this website and also reading the new laws of divorce and womens getting more power in their hand and can distroy her husband career and they are misusing the law.
so iam afraid of second marriage now becoz of new rules and powerful women rules.
i saw a article in newspaper. mumbai high court gave order to a woman to be like SITA and stay with husband and keep up the marriage.
and also i saw a article "husband commited suicide as wife booked a false 498a on husband and due to insult in society he commited suicide"
i saw more issues wife running away with her boyfriend and booking false cases on husband.
and these cases are high and more toubling if husband is NRI and indian police will also not leave the chance to take more bribe if case is booked on NRI.
iam NRI and from a good well educated NRI family and iam looking for a poor and good cultured,indian tradition women(iam against modernisation which makes women expose her body,work and argue with husband,maintain boyfriend,...... Television spoiled INDIA.i dont want anything as dowry or gift.
But after marriage for any reason this poor will beome powerful by marrying me and will make me poor and makes me insulted in society.
so my question is how can i marry in such a way that in my future she wont create any trouble to me and will keep up the marriage without any issues.
if she like she will stay with me if not i will see my way and she will see her way, without any issues.i will pay her some lupsum amount. which is called as mehar as per muslim marriage act.
Is there any contract which can make my marriage safe. like in western countries we have "Prenuptial agreement".
when indian law can give rights like in western countries then "does indian law accept any "Prenuptial agreement".
so that a man can avoid giving bribe to police and aviod women misusing indian law".
please let me know.

hi sir,plz guide me i want to marry a girl but her parents are not allowing if i go for court marriage & she is also ready for the same then after marriage if in the pressure of her parents she says that i married to her forcibly then would there be any action on me by the court of law.

My wife appealed in court for divorce and i never got informed about that. Court announced judgement in her favor and they gave her divorce by making me x party.Now my wife is acclaiming her jewellery inspite of the fact that she transferred my insurence policy on her name by forging signatures on declaration. She went to her mother's place rite after doing this and she took all her articles along with her.
Now they are asking agin for gold , what should i do?

The details in the matter are:
A)My Name is Ajay Shukla.On some dispute my wife has moved out of my home in Mar2010 and she is staying with my inlaws.
B)She got my daughter admitted in a school with a name which doesnt have my SURNAME and have "Priyadarshini" in it."Priyadarshini" is neither any part of name of myself or my wifes'.
The birth Certificate submitted by my wife at the time of admission of my daughter,shows my name as 'AJAY SHUKLA' and wifes' name as 'SHRADDHA'and no where "Priyadarshini" is mentioned.
C)Also my wife and inlaws have given a written instruction to school not to allow me (Father) to meet my daughter in school and accordingly school is not allowing me to contact my daughter in school in order to know the progress of my daughter. Incidentally i have stopped visiting my inlaws home, where my wife is staying, due to increased misbehaviour with me during last few visits there and now i want to visit my daughter and meet her at school only.
I have following querry:
1) Can any other SURNAME as above be used in a childs' name
2)What should i do to get name corrected
3)What should be the line of action for meeting my daughter in school as at (C)above
I need guidance, please help, I am traumatised.

Please provide your expert advice on following.
Groom asked divorce with bride after 3days of marriage occasion.
He is MBBS and studying MS currently and has lady friend in same college who is studying MS and he would like to marry her. My sister is Bride and she is also MBBS who married with Him.
My sister informed groom parents that divorce issue and groom parents tried to convenience him but no use. He stays another city where his college is and his parents liver other city. We sent bride also along with him.
The thing is engagement was done July,2011 and marriage took place in Nov,2011 and he had more than 3months time to change his mind and withdraw marriage but he didn’t do that. But he wants divorce after immediately marriage.
From day1 after marriage, he is ignoring and avoiding bride, not considering at all. Meetings with elder happened but no change from his side. he wants divorce but he is not asking that, bride should lose her patience leave him- that’s what he is expecting and acting accordingly. He is not listing his parents advice and just time passing till his MS complete (PG). he is confident that bride will lose patience and initiate divorce process. He never called any of bride family members. Bride parents giving time and just waiting, they don’t want divorce. In our whole family we never face such problem and we are well educated family, don’t want spoil her life with divorce issue.
See he studied doctor and doing MS presently, very unusual behaving person. Marriage done very grandly. He Never told us before marriage that he has not interested this marriage even though more than 3months time after engagement.
If we want to take legal action against him, seeking best punishment for marrying innocent girl and spoiling her life. We really losing patience and bride is so much confusion situation what to do whether she wait and break the relation.
Hope you understand the issue, can you please advice what kind of legal action can be taken and how to handle this.

My wife is fighting appeal of dv case herself, should i fight myself
Dear sir,
My wife will fight next date without advocate, the case is appeal filed by me against interim order of MM of D V petition filed by my wife against me.
The body language of my wife is get mercy of others, she is expert in telling lie and she may speak anything against me to ditch me and to win the case.
I wish to know should I also appear without advocate as she will do. This idea she got hindi movies.
This is not a repeat query. This is a query for a specific case , specific situation, pls give your opinion on the basis of your opinion.
I am not feeling comfortable, today she said to session judge.
