hello sir/maam,
i married in 2006. but living seperate from my husband since 2009. we have a child together and ours was a registered marriage. now i am living in with another man. and we want to marry. but since my husband is not ready for divorce, we are thinking of marrying in a temple (only for people arnd us to know) with only the prsence of few close relatives. i know it is illegal under ipc494, but if not registered will ipc 494 apply to me?
can we just make a living in agreement?
is my boy friend also breaking some law?

hi My brother married in may,2009 and latter we found that his wife is suffering from mullarian agenesis(by berth absence of uterus,fallopian tube and shortened v**ina), in starting days, my sister-in-law's family were trying to stop us from consulting with doctor but anyhow we manage and we came to know about this by her abdomen ultrasound. Then my brother decided for divorce and by last one year,she is at her paternal house. 1. Please guide me how should i proceed to get him divorce. 2.what are the chances for divorce. 3. In this case like normal divorce case, my brother have to pay her something to get divorce(as my sister-in-law is suffering from this disease by bearth so her family was aware of it ),my brother is unemployed.

My wife is living seperted from last 2 years. We have a girl child of 2.7 years. I had imposed conjugal rights case and custody case for child. She had imposed maintenance case for her and child. She is earning Rs 17000 and I am earning Rs 24000 per month. Now today both custody and maintenance case are heared. One is on other judge and second is on other judge. In custody case, she says i am ready to give child, i am not wasting my life in the courts. Judge ask me are you ready to tak ethe child, I said that Yeas I am ready. But judge says the shild is 2.7 years how can you take cre of her. Then judge says we will sent your case to mediation centre. Now custody case will sent to mediation centre whose dated of hering is in July. In maintenance case judge imposed me maintenance of Rs 2000/- per month. So my question is, Is the custody of child is given to me on mother version, Is it possible in the eyes of law, when the girl child is 2.7 years only ? And the maintenance will not be in proportionate manner ?

Sir, previously i loaded a query for suicidal note which my husband is demading to rebuild our home as we are separated now. Sir, He is trying to hide himself in wake of this note and is postponing life in right sense. As mine is a second marriage and his third which i got to know after marriage, i was subjected to severe mental harrasment, as he compared me to his firt wife, secon wife and his sisters, n now says that I canot do anything to his family as they have a poltical background and his promises of rebuilding look false to avoid cases. Sir Advise me do i need to continue with this person than is there any Counselling way where he can be told by the law to resume back to matrimonial life or do i need to file a case against him. Please advise, Sometimes I feel i should take divorce on mutual consent.

I had applied for divorce in family court in that she is asking for maintenance and also told that she has no job. But I had shown proof that she is working in company.
At that time their lawyer said that they had an objection. So judge has given date. I want to say that how much time judge can give date.
I want to say that when she said that she is not working then why judge is not sending notice to company for inquiry, only date is giving to me.
And also when Judge can send notice to company that she is working.
And also when she is not working then why their lawyer afraid and why they need date.

Mere papa chahate hai ki mere bade bhai aur uski wife ko apna banaya hua property se aur pure pariwar se alag kar dena chahete hai. kiyuki mera bada bhai aur uski wife dono milkar hai jo kareeb 2 saal se ghar main asanti phela kar rakha hua hai, teen bar to usne maa aur papa par hit kiya aur chahata hai ki ghar chod kar chale jaye maa aur papa.

it sushil i want to ask that me&my cousin sister we are in love from 4 years and now we are plannig to marry with her and my family have no problem,and her mummy dont have problem coz she will be with me together in because her father had been expired from six years before,but the problem is it is legal to marry with her,coz i dont want to loss her beacuse her uncles dont know about it and in that they will take legal act, about that please i beg you help me
give me suggestions how to do it

A Central Govtt employee died leaving behind two wives with nomination of wife (identical names of both wives, so difiicult i/ii wife)Ist wife (F/I)had a son P left 30 yrs back & came/ attended only at funeral of Husband (H). IInd wife(F/II)( having major daughters D1, D2 & a son M) knew only after death of H that F/I was also a wife. F1 & F2 signed agreement that P will get job & F2 will get family pension.
D2 filed case for Succession.Meantime Deppt gave job to P & released Pension/ all dues to F1.Civil Judge Class 1 dismissed case for succ. cert. but held that being illegitimate children since II nd marriage a Void one children of F2 and Respondents F1 & P are eligible for 1/5th share of all the dues, payment be made accordingly.
Now deptt is insisting for Succ. Cert. from children of F2.
Q 1.is what steps to be taken?
Q.2.is Can F2 can file Appeal against Case for succession & if so in which Court(few evidence are in favour of F2)
3.Chances of winning?
4.How to get 1/5th share ?
5.Any action against deptt, since they were party in Succ. case but remained Absent?
Please guide point to point.

Is this recording a proof?
Wife treated the husband with cruelty. Husband recorded her abuses a few times in his mobile so that he may prove her cruelty in divorce case. Due to lack of exact knowledge, he transferred the files to his laptop. The original mobile is lost, the laptop has been replaced, all concerned files copied to new laptop.
There is no tempering or editing of the voice record so far, mere shifting from one gadget t anther. Can this recording be still helpful or will it not be considered a valid proof?
