Sir,
My marriage was solemnized on 21st nov 2011. It was an arranged marriage wherein the period of engagement lasted for about 3 months. During the engagement period there were very cordial relationships between me and my to be wife as well as both the families. However after the marriage my wife, except on the first night, avoided to have sexual relationship with me citing petty reasons that she dosent feel attracted towards me and that she is not interested in having married life at all. Despite this fact she forced me to go on honeymoon with her where too she avoided having any sexual relations. Now since last 3 months she has gone to her parents place and is avoiding to come back citing very very petty excuses/accusations. How can I get divorce from her and under what grounds? Please help.

Hi,
My father has a DEMAT account for which there is no nomination. He passed away & is survived by wife & two children. We want to get the DEMAT assets transferred to my mother, & the bank is expecting us to provide Succession Certificate & Letter of Administration. Are both one at the same? If not, what's the procedure to get them in Bangalore?
Any guidance is appreciated.

I am a Hindu and my wife is also is a Hindu. Can I get the divorce based on the DNA test Report which concludes that the baby born is not mine? or any other evidence is required?
If that is enough, how much time it may take to grant me the divorce decree?

My husband was diagnoised with pscyiatric problems in 2009. With the help of my inlaws and my parents i got him treated at mental health treatment facility. He stopped taking medication after a period of 8 months. All my problems started from then onwards. Now my husband is physically abusing me for getting him treated. He believes that he is not having any problem and i ruined his life my getting him treated. In the month of march he physically abused and send me to my parents house with my daughter. My son is still with him for past 2 months. He is not allowing me to meet him. Iam worried about my child. How can i claim the custody of child. I need an expert advice in this regard.

Everything was fine but when there was supersetition in my job,it had terrible impact,we loss face in society and all went wrong and worse was, when my wife start saying I had held her responsible for the supersession becuase of her interference in my job.Ultimatly, she forced me to sign divorce papers in the year 2005 ,if not she will commit suicide or such thing, even not bothering the fate of our two children who were 11 and 12 years old,further, she had told me that she want freedom and going by this ritual only for name sake and she will come back to me again/re-marry.
She is presently saying with another man who has left his wife for my ex wife and staying till now with her together.I don't want to lose my ex wife and I want her to come back,under the circumstances how to go about to achive.May be you must be thinking I may be stupid,but that is so.Please advice

Dear experts plz help me on this matter, my query is i had filed divorce case on 27-june-2011, after that my wife filled U/s 24 of the hindu marriage Act for maintenance . now the status of the case is for order . But i had filled an withdrawal memo for divorce case , my Query is that the judge have no power to accept the withdrawal memo at this stage (any ruling for this type case)

Respected Sir,
My enquiry on the matter of new rules I read in paper that Divorced wife can claim on the Husband property. I have given divorce my wife on the basis of cruelty from Family court on April 2010. This case is decided on the merit basis. I got divorce from my wife. Again she has gone to the High Court, Chhattisgarh. I won also that case on August 2010. Family court has given the legal charge Rs. 2000/- to me. Family court and High court has not given any alimony to her. She is working in good institute and she is getting nearly Rs. 25,000/-. I am giving the maintenance to my children which are also decided on the merit basis. Now this time I got married with another girl just now. So my quarries is following:-
1. Weather my divorce wife can claim on my house or my children can claim my property.
2. What are the steps I can take that I will not lose my property.
3. Weather she will get alimony, at this time she is working?

Whether delhi high court has the jurisdiction for granting anticipatory bail u/s 498-a?
Sir,
If FIR is lodged against the groom in Bihar u/s 498-A by his married wife and the Groom is the permanent resident of Delhi and his place of work is also delhi and all of his family members are residing in Delhi
Can Groom or his family members can approach to Delhi High Court for providing anticipatory bail or stay on his arrest?
