sir i was trying to ask the meaning for hmda for maintenance of a widowed daughter in law as Mr shonee kapoor has advised earlier that a widowed daughter in law can claim maintenance under hmda.can i ask you sir to kindly explain it.thanking you.

Raj Kumar sir please provide atleast one citation of HC/ SC regarding at the time of marking of a document if other side is not objecting about the document, latter in arguments they can not raise such objection.
please sir. in my case all are such objections only. they are playing like any thing.

Father-in-law singed will for his self acquired house from L.&. d.o. in Delhi, he made will (unregistered) in his son name who is my husband.
One witness has expired and the other one is alive and living in our locality, my mother-in-law approach that person, and now he is not ready to go to court for the confirmation of the will for which he had made witness. The age of that person is about 86 years old and he can also go to god any time. He is fit although.
is there any alternative so that my husband can prove the genuineness of his father will.
My mother-in-law as well as sis-in-laws also want share from that allotted house from govt. for refugees, at the time of partition.
My mother and sister in laws told me that one day they will through me out from that house, i.e. my matrimonial home, previously I was ousted from this house 4 times and whenever there is major accident or illness they call back there son & me and when every thing become fine they throw us out putting some blame by creating unwanted problems. In 26 year of marriage I live there for 8 years only.
Please advice, I don't know what to do?

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is with reference to yesterdays talk had between my family & in-laws family. They have took my wife forcefully by abusing my parents & me. Her Uncle is an advocate & he has shouted like any thing on my family.
reason why this happened:
1) I have took my friend to guide my wife to leave a happy married life ( My friend got angry & shouted Little, as my wife said I do not want to change my culture & will never do in future.)
2) after this talk I have ask my wife to cool down & said sorry on behalf of him, but my wife got unsensed that time, so I litlly slepped her to bring in light situation as she got very tensed. after that I said sorry so many times & resolved the matter on both mine & wife's understanding.
3) after two days my parents came for celebrating father's day, by forgetting all the past conversation had in family to resolve all the problems. that time my wifes health was not good & took her to hospital & hospitalized her for approx 2 hrs ( glucose & some injections dosed in her body to recover soon) & given 2 days medicines.
after comming back she was not in situation to work so my mother told her to take rest & relax & made healthy food for her, so that she can take medicine. she did not had food & even medicine.
next day morning I told her to do some house work, so that u'll get some fresh air & environment to recover better, given ORS & juices & food. suddenly told plz call to my father I can not stay here.
after so many times saying the same thing my mother got angry. she told I do not want to stay & i am going to call nabor, to make my call to my father. we stopped her so many times coolly & then temper increased. she shouted on my parents & on me.
4) then my father called to her father & ask him to come & discuss & then allow my wife to talk with him.
she was just telling please come & take me papa, I do not want to stay here.
We tried to stop her & suggested please be all right & then you can go & stay with your parents.
4) whole day she has not took any thing from my parents & told I'll not eat upto my father or u did not come from your office.
my parents offered so many times food & ORS but she refused. then in night 10 her father came with uncle & his sisters son.
as soon he reached to house & try to take my wife forcefully by abusing me & my parents.
he put many blames on us like biting , dowry & try to kill her daughter.
I am in tension as I want to resolve this issue without any problem.
her family is listening only one side matter & does not wants to listen why this situation came, why this happened?
Just shouting & run away is not the right solution, they need to listen, analyse & then come out to any solution.
I love my parents & my wife so much & do not want to loose anybody of them as I am only the son & husband. my parents are old & after happening this they are in big trouble & in tension.
Please help me out & guide me what I have to do?
In case they take any legal action that time also I would like to be ready to resolve to keep away from this situation.
Looking for your kind response.

Hi sir/Madam, My relative marriage was cancelled which was fixed 15th of June 2012. But the bride attemt to sucide 14th June morning. She was kept in ICU. Due to her mistake Marriage stopped and we lossed money which spent for arrangments. Also Groom became upset for this incident. We came to know later that She was not intrested to marry this groom. Now my question is that
1) Can we search another bride?
2) Can we claim losses occured?
3)Is there any legal documents we need to send them?
Pl help me regard this.

If a boy working in some organisation has nominated his parents for his P F, GRATUITY ,INSURANCE etc . Is that nominee automatically gets changed after his marriage & his wife becomes automatic nominee?
If so what is the vice versa rules in case of the working girls?
what is the rule of nomination in this case of a boy whose death is abnormal just after marriage?

in my case, i filed photos and negatives to prove the marriage,but at the time of marking photos the opp lawer did not made any objection to wards the photos like photographer's evidence should be there. he was silent at that time. even in the cross examinaion also he did not questioned about the details about photographer his address, name of the studio etc.
But, at last he filed written arguments in that he pointed that photographer was not called as witness. Sir is it possible to object to call photographer at the last statge. moreover we are not disputing about photos as we filed all negatives also, they are objecting so it is their burden to call photographer by filing petition in the court for photographer's evidence.
at the last stage in written arguments can they ask like that, when he is silent at the time of marking photos and at the time of cross examination.

sir i heard that when Suit proceedings are in pending against a person,with regard to marriage, such person can not marry untill such proceedings are completed.
Is it correct sir?
Sir if he marries,when Suit proceedings are in pending, then that marriage is invalid in the eye of the law?
if yes,please provdie HC/SC citation with regard to invalid of marriage when a person marries when suit proceedings are in pending.
