Iam student by profession and need passport for studing abroad.
my birth place is a village in unnao dist in U.P.
and my name is rajisterd in family rajister too.
but birth certificate was not made at time of birth , which is medatory for passport.
so sir, how can i get the birth certificate.

sir a story about my family which ruined our family-
my brother got married in year 2007 from ghaziabad.everything was alright his wife always insisted him to sell familt business and take share and to follow him to join her family.for peace my brother shifted to ghaziabad in year 2009 and lived in his inlaws house invested rs 100 lakh in there buisness in which her wife was partner from before marriage.in 2011 he asked his money and his inlaws throw him out of there house and filed case u/sec 13 1(a) (b) on ground that boy had left his wife in year 2009 and deserted her.my brother have male child which is now 5 yrs and his inlaws had no male fellow except his fatherinlaw.
we started contesting the case on ground that my brother was with his wife till 2011 and not deserted her.
proof-
1-in year 2011 my brother gave money to her wife for purchase of land in noida which was registered on name of his wife and his inlaws in which saledeed my brother was witness.
2-in the year feb 2011 my brother started a pvt ltd company with his father in law in which he is director and registered in delhi ROC.
there are several other documentary evidence which will proove that my brother had not deserted her wife infact it was his wife who thrown him out of his house.
my brother after coming from ghaziabad filed sec 9 at nainital to call his wife
my brother had also filed meeting and custody of minor child.
sir i want to ask-
when my brother came in year 2011 to his hometown his father inlaw very wicketly filed a resignation of my brother in year 2012 and appoint another daughter as director.
what legal action my brother can take against his father and sisiter inlaw.kindly tell the procedure as the matter is of delhi ROC.
What else action my brother can take against his wife as my brother had no work to earn his living.please advice as they r also threating tht thy will file case of 498a.i dont understand that how they can file such case as they had filed sec 13 case giving false statement that my brothet left her in 2009 but my brother lived her happily in her owm house till 2011.please guide

Dear Sir,
Me and my wife are on the verge of Divorce and are staying separately since Oct 2011. It’s a marriage of 14 years that we want to dissolve, due to irreconcilable differences.
Earlier she was willing to file the petition for Divorce Decree under mutual consent but now she is delaying and prolonging the affair, saying that she is not in a mental framework for the same. We had decided all the conditions for a mutual divorce together and agreed upon. All the investments were divided, joint properties sold off and the proceeds settled mutually, but now she is changing her stand on a daily basis.
I am aged 41 years and my family life, professional life, social life and financial life is in a total mess. I am unable to take any future decision for my settlement, due to this.
Kindly guide me on the matter that
“ On a separation of what duration does the Indian law allow any one of the parties to file a petition for Divorce ?”,
so that even if she does not co-operate, I can file the petition from my end.
Your valuable guidance awaited.

i met wid guy in delhi, v made frndzz n fall in love, he told me about him, he is educated n staled means wrking n hav car which used in five star so he is getting 35000 rent n all his family is good, i got married wid him, aftr ma marriage, i came jaipur near his all realtives so i got to knw from them he is not even graduate not wrking since born, selfish n play boy too, his family is cruel, they r demanded n wants dowry, dey don have class , standard n all, but i adjust everything, by ma love i changed him, now he is wrking earning n trying to be responsible,, but his parents wants get back dare son, they says- leave ur wife n come back to us, don do job n all just sit at home i will give u money to spend, lyk before they want him, m afraid may b he can go back in old lyf bullshitt, dare m no where.....
wht should i do
how can safe ma husband from his parents.....

Hello Sir,
i'm from delhi and i wanted to ask a query regarding the divorce. one of my friend had marriage 4 year before now her age is 23 year. and she's very disappointed with her marriage life because her husband is not working since the first day of her marriage and he does drink/drug addiction and he does fight daily with her some time he hit her. my friend has a child of 2.5 year of age she was taking all it because of her child but now she want to move on from this marriage because its daily routine for her to get hit by her husband after he came in night full in intoxication. so she want to give him divorce for better future life so what she can do please advice. and in night some time she talk with me over phone regarding her problem so i suggest her that she should ask to her family for support because she did love marriage and her family is not with her so somebody told her that her mobile detail will be checked and if they found that she called her friend in night they might be ask in court for characterless and her child's custody can be hand over to them. so please advice me is it necessary that they will ask for call detail of my friend.
