Hi experts
I have one query.
My wife has filed a police complaint against me for mental harassment and having an affair. We have a child of two months. She was living with her parents from six months due to pregnancy. She had done argument that she already warned me before and I did it second time.
First time she had seen a sms in my mobile. I deleted it after just casual talk between us. Now she have a tape of call recording between me and my friend which contains so much se*ual talk and not an ordinary talk. The recording is of six months ago.
I don’t want to leave my wife and I already left my friend but she does not believe me.
Now my question is,
1. If she will file a case against me, which pencal code should be against me?
2. Is se*ual talk is enough to prove adultery?
3. Further what can I do in this matter?

Dear Sir,
My friend had relationship with one lady -15 days (that lady already registers marriage with another one) , That lady have one child , my friend also maintenance give to that child Rs -1500/ Pm. , as per court. My Question --- The lady has use my friend name her statutory Records instead of husband name like ESI , PFI , ID card , Its correct or not? How can avoid my friend name? That lady Register Marriage copy has in my friend. Lady works in Educational Institution?

Sir in 125 matter I am from the side of husband. Wife is second wife of OP. But she is not divorced from her first husband.
What are requirement/ condition to prove legal marriage ?
If she produces her divorce or assert that she has got from her previous husband how can I disprove this fact.
What are necessary conditions for a valid divorce to be proved in court.

wife's father has vitiligo(white spots, genetic disorder).wife gave wrong information of education.wife stayed with husband for four days after marriage . no sexual relationship.husband flled for annulment .are any case laws available

1. I had filed for divorce. My wife had simultaneously filed for many other fraudulent cases such as 498A , Domestic violence etc.
2. I had stopped paying maintenance to her.
3. I Withdrew my divorce case after her relatives asked me to do so and started living with her in 'MY' fathers house where she was staying, she had not vacated the premises.
4. Since I have withdrawn the divorce case what is my legal liability to pay maintenance to her ?
5. I am willing to take care of all household expenses but the kind of lady she is, I know she would want to resort to a legal method.
6. She also wants the third floor of the house which my father owns to be transferred to her name, after which she said she is ready to live peacfully and happily.

Dear Experts,
One of the my elder sister are Married in 11yrs Ago. at the time of marriage we not know the nature of her husband, Her husband is 5% Around Mentally problem he behave like as 10 yrs small boy. he working as an Machine Operator before 12yrs he has a own workshop also but there is problem with his land. that land goes on redevelopment. but now they are leaving alone from there family. he is elder brother in family. and my sister have one boy also around 11 yrs old. her father in law and mother law say we can not give you any distribution because you are leaving alone. ill decide to take my sister and her son to my home because her husband are not understanding he does not want work even if not work so what they eat how to give rent,school fees even every household expenses they can not took. so expert what should i do as legally please suggest. i wnat to give my sisters son right please

DAughter "A" 's father has filed a case against "B" for recovery of benama for a Property of Rs. 25,00,000/- & the Suit Value was Rs. 1 Crore, Leaving behind Rs. 75 Lacs with other legal heirs, Now Court calls "A" for the suit as one of legal heir, Can She claim her share also in Rs. 75 Lacs from other legal heirs under same suit as the court fee has been paid by her father on Rs. 1 Crore as well as share in Rs.25 lacs from defentents?

sir meri shaadi june 2010 me hui thi, jiske baad meri wife kewal do baar yani total 12 days mere saath rahi, hum kahi baar usko lene gaye par uske ghar wale uski study ka bahana banakar hame bewakuf banate rahe, or usko bhejne ke silsile me dono party's me vivad ho gaya. Unhone hamare upar four wheeler mangne ki afwah faila di.Last woh dec 2011 me mere saath kewal 5 din rahi, prantu abhi 4 din pehele uska phone aaya woh final karne ki baat kahne lagi, woh kisi bhi paper par signature karne ke liye taiyar hai but woh chahti hai ki uske ghar walo ko is baat ka pata nahi chale. Woh 100 Rs ke stamp paper par likhar dena chahti hai uska aur mera koi sambandh nahi hai, kya yeh sahi hai ? Kya me iske base par doosri shaadi kar sakta hu, kya mujhe mere ornaments jo uske paas hai jinki cost approx. 2 lacs hai mil jayenge. Kya woh stamp paper mere liye future me important ho sakta hai? Plz help me give me your valuable guidance in this matter.

Q)few days back supreme court order that family member of husband shd not be involved in dowry case without sufficient proof. i want to know that my wife had filed false domestic voilence case against me and my parents. can this order help me to delete name of my parents from this case? if yes how shd i approach court? there is no f.i.r against me and my parents
