Am expecting court order on my divorce case on 5th Nov. i.e. tomorrow. Hoe to get a confirmation from other party that she won't use my name and surname after marriage ? How to ensure that she change name on her PAN card ?

Is it correct in a proceeding for divorce, judicial separation or restitution of conjugal rights the respondent can file a counter claim for decree of nullity but in a proceeding for decree of nullity the respondent cannot file a counter claim for divorce, judicial separation or restitution of conjugal rights?
Please clarify with reference to S. 23A of Hindu Maarriage Act 1955.

my sister had an engagemnt with boy befor 2 months 800 people attented nearly about 3 lakh expenses were incurred we have all photos and videos of the above case suddenly now the boy is saying no to get married which is after 2 month.reason said by him are
1. his ego was hurted by her family by not giving respect and like that.
what to do now ours is big family and we are serious. so kindly advice urgentlyyyyyy

Special Marriage Act Date-Mid June,2011,Social Marriage Date-Mid December,2011.As the girl was a working lady at a place other than the boy's place of working/living the couple started living together from March,2012 after the girl's transfer.HOWEVER THE GIRL COULD NOT RECONCILE AT ALL AND DESERTED THE BOY ON HER OWN WILL FROM END OF MAY,2012 and since then they are living separately at their respective place .They have now decided to file a case for Mutually Consented Divorce(not yet filed)My question is
What is the earliest date for filing the case
A)One Year after the Marriage Registration Date ie mid June,2011
OR
B)One year after the Social Marriage date ie mid December,2011
OR
C)One Year after the date of desertion ie end May,2012

sir,
i am a schedule tribe and married a girl of the same community (yerukala caste in andhra pradesh)as per hindu religion.i got separated from her after 2 months of marriage due to incompatibility.i tried for out off court settlement but did not work out.i applied for divorce after one and half years of separation.she filed 498a against 12 members off my family.we all got bail and appealed for quash on 11 others except me in high court of AP.after 3 years the high court quashed case against 11 members,now i am attending the trail.my plea for divorce is dismissed after 3 years of filing the case.the judge says that the marriage bond still exists and if some elders mediate there are chance for us to unite.but now it is 6 years.the judgement came 6 months back and till now i did not go to appeal in high court.the girl says if i stay with with her she will with draw 498a case against me.at this point i want to marry a girl from my same community.i came to know that schedule tribes are not punishable in bigamy cases.please advice me.

As the divorce was filed by me and as i aspected she refused to join me in front of judge of district session court and made the allegation of dowry harrashment beating alongwith the maintanance application of sec 24 alongwith 26 of HMA 1955. she is pregnant for 6 months. i have so many proofs against each of her allegations but my MIL wants money and washing the brain of my wife. wife likes a boy, i have all the proofs in video and audio records and also in call detail of one year. my MIL is mastermind and FIL is cool.
judge said to join and to think of child but she strongly said that if join she will be killed. i dont know how. now they are preparing for 498a.
now what to do anyone please advice.

Legal/nonlegal authorities or associations - to safe guard victim men and his family
Dear All,
• Got Married in Dec 2010
• She left finally in April 2011
• I filled RCR after all efforts from my end got vain, in DEC 2011
• In Reply/WS to my petition she accepted that marriage was not consummated though she blamed me for that but agreed that marriage was not consummated even once till her last stay (Dec 2010 – April 2011), also mentioned lots of wrong allegations on me and my family though haven’t filled any case/FIR yet.
• All talks/Mediation failed
• I finally withdraw RCR in Nov 2012, looking at No fruitful result coming from their end other than asking/extorting huge amount from me. Which I can’t afford even I become slave.
Please suggest the names of Authorities and associations who help Victim Men’s and his family who is being tortured by wife and their family member to extort huge amounts to solve the situation amicably.
Please name such legal/non-legal authorities/associations that can help/support men's (if approached with references and sources)
I am sure if women have so many authorities to be approached than possibly men's might have at least one such good org who can support and guide victims and may create some pressure on such people who is trying to make our life hell with unreasonable demands.
Please answer and guide me on above query.
