hi i am an employee of a private law college under pune university.i am working as a clerk since 6th sept.2014 and want to resign from my post.
i will be completing my 4 years and 10 months service on 6th july 2019 which includes few casual,annual and without pay leaves.
i asked my account department what is the rule for gratuity they told me it is complete 5 years of service.
am i eligible for gratuity if i could complete 4 years and 10 months of service.
before claim i want to be sure.
kindly guide me.

I found out my husband has bought expensive jewellery for another lady but I have stopped before it escalated. Now he is ready to do anything and promises he will not lie to me. I need to enter into a contract with him. Is it valid and enforceable by law? If so suggestions to what all can be included in contract.

I was married in 2008. Wife stayed with me till 2013. She filed FIR u/'s 498a and also an application u/'s 12 of dv act at local court in may 2013.. Thereafter We are living separate. We have a daughter who is staying with her mother.. Daughter is now 10 years old and is being maintained by me voluntarily. Wife has also filed divorce u/'s 13 Hma. Now since she has sought annulment of marriage I'll like to bring into the court notice that the marriage ceremony was performed without saptadhi and other hindu rites and rituals.. Have video evidences for the same. I'll like to ask whether I can approach the court with a plea to render the marriage invalid thus dismissing the divorce pet.

Many adult girls in India especially among Hindus get married against their wishes forced(emotional blackmail/physical abuse etc.) by their own father/family. Why it is not a crime by girls father/girls maternal family to force their daughter to marry a guy whom she does not want to? Why it is not ground for divorce when exposed?

मेरी माता जी एक पेंशनर है उन्हें परिवार कल्याण पेंशन 10000 (दस हजार) रूपए प्रतिमाह प्राप्त होती है, मेरी माँ मेरी बहन और बहनोई के बहकावे में आकर मेरे ऊपर "माता – पिता और वरिष्ठ नागरिकों का भरण-पोषण और कल्याण अधिनियम, 2007" के तहत SDM न्यायालय में बहन के यहाँ जाकर मुकदमा दर्ज किया है | उन्होंने अपने आप को बेसहारा बुजुर्ग लाचार बताकर यह मुकदमा दर्ज किया है, उन्होंने भरण पोषण, इलाज, सहायिका आदि के लिए खर्चे की मांग की है और साथ ही मुझे और मेरे बीवी बच्चो को घर से हटाए जाने की मांग की है, जबकि उस घर पर मैंने होम लोन लिया है संयुक्त में माँ के साथ और उसकी हर महीने सात हजार रूपए की क़िस्त मै हर महीने पिछले सात साल से चुकाता आ रहा हु, मेरी माँ उस प्रॉपर्टी को बहन और बहनोई को देना चाहती है इस वजह से वो ये सब कर रही है, उसी प्रॉपर्टी पर मेरा मेरी माँ और बहिन से अपने हिस्से को लेकर माननीय न्यायालय में मुकदमा भी चल रहा है | कृपया अपना महत्वपूर्ण सुझाव देवे एवं मेरे लिए राहत कैसे मिलेगी वो भी बताने का कष्ट करें |

my wife and I yesterday were going somewhere then I said her wait here I am coming back to dring water when I came back she was not there and after waiting till 9 o'clock PM and I went police station and lodge complaint that my wife has been missing. I also fear to think that last some days between us not good all. Now it seems she is doing every think on instruction of her mother and both intention is to get divorce and charged compensation to me. suggest me to what should i do find her also tell me how to protect yourself.

Hi,
i am married since 10 years and for 6 years we both were living in different countries. Husband is impotent. Tried to maintain and work out but this is not happening.
He is not working from 4years and sitting idle at home.
Pls suggest how to go forward as need separation.

Our matrimonial house is owned by my wife. My wife voluntarily left the house. No divorce petition is filed till date. I continued to reside in the house and kept asking her to return to the matrimonial house which she refused.
She is now demanding rent for the period I stayed alone in the house. She works in a MNC and earns handsomely and does not need the rental amount to meet her expenses.
Is she legally permitted to demand rent from the husband for staying in the matrimonial house that she voluntarily left?
Can she file any case in court seeking rent?
Pl advise.

Divorce case section 13A & Dowry case section 498A

Request help in below mentioned case
This is in with reference to the case filed at Dewas madhya Pradesh and Bokaro Jharkhand.
DEWAS CASE
My brother in law had filed a divorce case on 11/08/2017 under section 13A. The current stage at which the case is at FINAL ARGUMENT.
BOKARO CASE
My sister had filed a dowry case on 18/04/2017 under section 498A. The current stage at which the case is at APPEARANCE.
CASE HISTORY
The party of dewas has filed case against us post our filing date so as to get rid of Dowry. Since the case filed the accused is out of INDIA and his case is moving fast without his presence.
QUERIES
Can divorce be granted without his presence?
(Brother in law ran away and left INDIA and is in USA)
Till date the accused and his family had not appeared in Bokaro court what action can be taken?
If decree of divorce is passed will section 498A will be valid? Will my case of dowry will proceed?
Several warrants (BW & NBW) have been issued against them and had been sent to dewas police station and to The Superintendent of Police but no action had been taken on warrants, what next can be done?
