Oral Family Settlement 1998 between A B C D, where BCD disinherited and another relative and future grandchildren of A named beneficiaries. Memorandum of that oral Settlement made in 1999. After that A dies.
Now one grandchild is major and as per Settlement, few steps need to be taken to put everything in trust and all beneficiaries to be member of trust. Memorandum was not registered, so have to get confirmation deed for same current date.
Properties of family were in ASSAM Kolkata Rajasthan, and Settlement was don in kolkata where all parties resided and all beneficiaries also reside.
Can confirmation deed be made and registered in Kolkata as all parties in Kolkata. Just one party can make confirmation deed? What is REGISTRATION and stamp cost applicable for Confirmation Deed in Kolkata?
Please throw light.

Few days back my brother wife commited suicide because of cancer after 18 years of marriage . After this my brother father in law lodge the complaint against my parent and brother . My bro has 3 kids one girl 15 year old and 2 boys 12 and 7 year old . Minor kids have 18 acre property on their name and bro father in law's family keeping property in mind took children to their home . Now they are not ready to leave them though we requested them . We file the custody case. Kids also have 20 lakh on their name . These people are having property interest . And children also not ready to come here now . What should we do . Thank you in advance

I got divorce on july 18 by MCD, but now my inlaws filed a criminal suit against me for MCD that I have cheated my wife and got divorce, they also charged sec 498 against my sister, sister-in-law and my parents.
they also mentioned that in affidavit that at the time of hearing my sister blackmail her if she's not ready to getting divorce than she will be murdered of my kids.
kindly suggest me.

Hello sir my divorce final judgement day was 27 the may 2019 in family court Bandra. That day judge only announced about divorce and not about the order . Later from my advocate I came to know that No final alimony is granted to me {Wife }. But I want to appeal this in high court .. On how many days I can appeal. How much it costs approximately? How many days it take to close appeal. What are the chances of getting order in my favour. Please guide.

My wife is asking for interim maintainence to be heard before mediation. Today was first date and i submitted appearance. Wife said to judge to give interim maintainence. Judge asked me to file reply and referred the matter to lok adalat.
Question: if it doesn't gets resolved in lok adalat in 1 date then can I ask for more counseling as I am ready to stay with my wife but she only has left me and filed a false RCR. She only wants maintainence.

As per the registered WILL i have 50% share in my fathers self squired property,kindly note ,which so far has not been Mutated in the Municipal Records till date,
now i want to transfer my share officially/legally to my younger brother,
Query is--01/- can i transfer my share without Mutation been done in the Municipal records, Or first the Mutation takes place, then only the Legal process of transfer takes place by the virtue of a Release Deed,
Request advice & procedure in the above matter- a reply would be highly appreciated.

Need some advice. My brother's wife was caught red handed with her boss in a hotel. The boss's wife did a sting operation on them in the hotel, made a short clip of beating them . so FIR was filed etc. My brother applied for divorce with all the proofs, to which they never came back to court. so Judge told the that this june or july he will give ex parte divorce. Date is yet to happen. Girl filed for maintenance in delhi family court, so my brother showed the judge all the proofs , FIR, video, her pregnancy abortion document etc. Judge told them to talk and settle the matter. They quoted 10 lakh stating that 6 lakh for marriage tent expense, 2 lakh cash that they gave to my brother and 2 lakh for jewellery and other stuff which is lying at home.
So i want to know if the girl is caught is adultery, still she gets amount ?
because my brother was ready to give 2-3 lakhs to get rid of her, but they quoted 10 lakh. Both party lawyers also said that amount is genuine etc etc and best thing is you are getting settlement. They made a document and mentioned that whoever goes back to decision will pay 1 lakh penalty after signing it.
We are confused whether we should go ahead with 10 lakh ( where we have not done any crime) and she gets a good money.
Or we should seek some other help so that amount is reduced.
This case is a very simple case because we have all the proofs with us.

I am only son and one sister....SISTER married on her own against my parents wish ( she did register marriage and gave police case against us we tried to bring her back but she didn’t.her husband is a unemployed person) She was in good terms with my relatives. Me ,my mom ,my dad were not talking to her ...this is what I was believing all these yrs....but recently thro my friend I came to know that MY MOTHER IS IN GOOD TERMS WITH HER AND MOTHER CONVINCED MY FATHER TO PAY FOR HER HIGHER STUDIES FEE (5lac/ yr for 3 yrs) it’s a huge amount for us...both my parents didn’t inform or discuss with me...and she is getting all groceries, house rent ,etc etc from them.. Till that MOMENT there were saying their usually dialogue of “WE DONT HAVE ANY ONE OTHER THAN YOU .OUR DAUGHTER ALSO RAN AWAY”..SO Now i am not going to believe them again and my mother is very tricky person..I have get in writing from sister for the fee payment so that she won’t create problem and denie that she studied on her own in future. Looking for expert opinion..THANKS IN ADVANCE
