Hello experts,
I have filed for divorce from my wife 3 months ago. We got married as per Sunni muslim. We don't have children. Our hearing is next month. I want to know whether my wife can now go to police and file a false report saying I told her triple talaq or whether her complaint will not be accepted as I already initiated the divorce proceedings from my side. Please suggest as my mother is alone and I can't afford to go to jail.

i naeem khan have house in village named Jamkhed since 2005.
now in 2019 my elder brother filed case that all having equal shares in this house.
my father died in 1983. after that only my mother brought up we all six brother and sister.
my mother give this house land in 2005 by everybody's confirmation including my sisters and two elder brother because she already given home to my elder brothers in mumbai and she dont have anything except this only land..
my mother died in 2009.
when she give me this land ,there was no house. after that i build home step by step by my own earnings. i made this small land like heaven.
now this two elder brother torching me that they also want this place while they own given verbally confirmation to our mother.
please advice what to do now.
is it lawful to harrash me by my elder brothers

Dear Experts,
I am victim of DV case my mother file DV against me with help of my Divorcee sister in August 2017 and her interim order was passed in 06.09.2018 till date no evidence submitted by OP my advocate is waiting for our turn Judge is not saying anything to OP for evidence what action I can take ???? I already told my advocate to file dismissal application but he is not doing even he is not ready for speedy trial.
What is next step in DV case and can I change my advocate??? Once I already change my advocate or can i fight my case own under PIP???
Please advise.

My son is absconded for last 6 months after getting forged loan from many people and his wife is at her home,I m already frustrated and now bridal side has given intimidation that they will file a case against me ,kindly suggest what to do ?

Posting this query on behalf of my friend who is not computer savvy not knowing to use internet.
My friend is native of Jharkhand but settled in Mumbai for long time since their forefathers time.
But now he is staying since 6 years in Hyderabad as his job is there.
Four years back he got arranged married in Palamu, Jharkhand with a girl of Dhanbad, Jharkhand.
Since the time of marriage the couples are staying in Hyderabad together even now along with boys parents.
Due to his matrimonial issues he wants to file a divorce(Without Mutual Consent) case but doubtful as from where he should file the case.
Can he file the case from the city where he is currently working i.e. hyderabad.
Or
he will have to file the case where the marriage occurred i.e. in Palamu, Jharkhand. Husband does not have any house in this city.
Or
he will have to file the case from where her wife belongs i.e. Dhanbad, Jharkhand
Or
he needs to file the case from where he is settled i.e. Mumbai having a house there
If he files the case from the city where he is currently working i.e. hyderabad then can it be objected based on jurisdiction issue?
If the objection arises then what will be the result of the case filed in hyderabad?
Will it be rejected or will it be transferred elsewhere?
If rejected then will the boy have to file a new case(paying the whole fees again) in the permitted city?

Question relating to divorce
(1)Mr.A married Mrs.A(wife) Hindu on 14 th Jan 2019.
It is observed that wife :
i) cannot cook nor interested in learning cooking. Old Parents of husband have to serve food to wife.
ii)Not interested to do any work. Whole day busy on mobile/TV.
iii)She leads a retired life. Burden on old parents of husband.
iii)Does not know simple arithmetic eg. example 4+ 10 ,
iv)Does not want to change her surname even after children.
When we advised her to learn cooking , she left house in May 2019 and has not come back not showing interest for discussion.
(5) Can divorce be sought now since only about 2 and half months have passed since she left house and parents not coming forward for discussion and to resolve issues.
(6)Can wife claim maintenance even if her parents have flats and financially well off. And she deserted husband without any cause.
(7)It is possible they may not accept notice of court.
(8)What if their house is locked and wife stays abroad with her mother who is practicing surgeon in hospital in UAE .
(9)How the court notice/ communication be sent if wife stays abroad. Can court communication be sent by email/whats app to wife /her mother.
(10)Can ex parte decree be passed in favour of husband if wife not available to receive court notice etc.
(11)What is best course of action;
-Divorce due to desertion by wife,
- Divorce due to disabilities of wife
- Restitution of conjugal rights
(12)How much legal procedure will cost.
