Dear Sir,
My father owned a pagdi system shop in Mumbai & had two sons me & my younger brother.
The rent receipt of said shop was on three name i.e. 1) my father 2) myself 3) my brother.(I don’t have the copy of the rent receipt)
After the death of my father my brother had transferred the said shop on his name (3-4 years back) after offering some money to landlord. After transferring the shop landlord died & 1.5 years back my brother also died.(currently the shop in under his wife’s possession & she has given the same on rent)
Now the legal heirs of the above landlord has sold the building to a trust for redevelopment purpose & said shop is under redevelopment scheme & new landlord has submitted all the documents in MHADA on my younger brothers name.
I have approached the new landlord & told them all the stories (also submitted the death certificate of my father & brother & Shop & Establishment License for last 30 years, which I had obtained from Municipal Corporation under RTI application), after listening all these thing, new landlord has again submitted application in MHADA & MHADA has removed the name of my brother from Occupant list of the said building, his name appears as a tenant only & in occupant list they had written “in Abeyance”.
Now the current landlord are insisting to put both of us name (i.e. my name & my brother’s wife name) in “occupant”, I am ready for the same but by brother’s wife is refusing the same & she want her name only & don’t want to give my share. They had tried very hard to convince her but they are unable to do the same.
Due to this consent procedure for the redevelopment is also halted…
What to do in this scenario, please help.

Hello,
I am working in a MNC. I am 30 year old and basically from (UP) by religion I am Hindu. I have married in January 2013. It was an arrange marriage and In- Laws also belongs to Kanpur. My wife is 27 year old and from same cast. she is a house wife.
Now I am describing my problem from starting. I am only son of my parents and my parents are retired teachers. At the time of marriage we did not ask anything (Not a Single Item).
After two months of marriage my wife and In-laws pressured me to live separate from my parents, It was not possible for me I resist for doing this. Then My wife trying to annoyed me and always arguing with me, My family life destroyed and after some time she tried to harass me through threatening that she will claim a dowry and domestic harassment case against me and my family.
Now the situation is a 50-50 for divorce. I am worried about me and my parents, If in future they file for a dowry case, how can I cope with this. I feel that I have not a single proof for opposing this. So how can I collect proof to save me and my family.
Please suggest me to cope with this issue to safe me and my family.
In India is the accountibility of advocates and Judges specified by Government ? especially for family court?
If family administation is not proper to whom the person can complain? Please guide.

Hello Experts,
Being husband i had moved the application u/s 127 CrPC against the 125 CrPC Interim Orders.
I just want to know about the nature of this order u/s 127 CrPC. Like the order in this section 127 CrPC is
Prospecive (Date of Order) or Retrospective in Nature (Date of Application)?
Any citation for same being Retrospective in favor of applicant/husband will be of great help ...
Minor child 8 yrs in my custody as wife left him at my doorstep 3 yrs ago. Sec 13 i a (by me) + DV case (she against me) is running. Wife got visitation in DV Int Orders, no maint/RTR fr herself. She never put GWA/Sec125.
Now I want to put more pressure upon her via legal remedies available 2 me. Can I put Sec 125 case throu minor (me as guardian); writing that she is on equal footings as we both r Govt employees, income is similar. Acc to SC & various HC rulings, both earning-parents shud contribute to child's upkeep. She is already enjoying visitation & skipping her moral & legal duty 2wards child maint etc.
Questions are:
1) Its it a right move as per experts
2) I do not plan to write that father is taking it difficult 2 rear the child by his income (as i do not want to lose custody battle...... if she ever plans after such a long delay)
3) Whether i have to produce "details" of each n every spending on the child 2 win this case down the trail?
