I am a qualified company secretary working with an MNC. I got married to my husband almost 2 years back. It was a love come arrange marriage. My husbnad is a very aggressive person and he gets angry even on smallest of the thing not only with me but with everyone including starngers, family members, friends. In the first year he was very aggressive he used to hold my neck, abuse..He had the habit of drinking, smoking which I did not like and I tried to control it as much as I could in a polite way only. Everytime anything happened he used to call his mother and complain. He also had a liabilty of around 2-3 lacs by virtue of over limit of credit cards. I tried and sorted out most of his problems. His uncle also tried doing an unethical thing with me for which his family blamed me only but fortunately my husband supported me in this matter. Apart from this I never got his support. In the initial 2nd year he was fine and we were leading a good life. In the later half he again started the same as he used to behave in 1st year. The house is always run by my salary because his salary was used to pay off his liabilities. Now on this bhai duj we had an small argument which led to a big fight and then he hit me badly. I forgave him for this after a period of 7 days. Things were falling in place again after few days he fought with me on a small things and took my set of house keys forcefully and then I had to call the police to get them back. Though the complaint was not registered and police resolved it over the phone itself. Now he's calling both of our family members and saying that ask her (me) to leave.. Since I am fed up with all the fuss created I am planning to shift to PG will this step go against me in future whenever divorce petition is filed. Things to note are:
1) there were continous fights in every 3 months
2) He mortgaged my jewellery for paying off his loan but couldnt and then all my jewellery is with my mother in law even if I ask for it she says no I will not give you as you will again blame my son
3) Even after so much of financila issue he did not change himself and he still continues taking loans form here and there for one or the other reason

i am in love with a girl and the girl was being forced to get married against her will.she complained in the police station and then got shelter.. after few days her brother came and took her out signing an agreement that within 1 month i have to go there and to get married with her or else they she will do her marriage on her brother choice. after that i got continuous life threatening and the thing is i will complain to police then any member of her family will be arrested ,i dont want to do it.now i am having just 19 days more to go bihar and you know how that state is and actually i want a year time because i am in college...still studying but we both are majors. so i want help please show me a way that i will get legally a year time or more.and yeah the girl is ready to wait just her family members are forcing her .they are not helping her but they created such a situation that i cant go there and they will do her marriage.plz help in any manner.

Hi,
I am planning to get married through arya samaj mandir. However parents of both of us are against our marriage and later on it could result in some family conflicts.
Requesting your advise on the best possible way to be used to get married to each other and avoid family intervention/conflicts as well.
Also pls suggest what all legal/non-legal steps are we required to take in this situation.

Me and my family are suffering from a false case of 304 b.
This year my younger brother got married in Feb. month 2013 on october 3rd my brother's wife done suicide in my brother's house where my parents where also living. That is my father and mother and my brother and his wife was living.At the time of suicide my brother was coming from office to home and my father was at his work in the office only my mother was at home and as she is old she was sleeping at her room, My brother wife was at her bedroom which she always close by her, she use to close her room always from the day she came to our house. and always want to live alone in her room. we all though that as she is new to our house she is not so comfortable to get close to us where as she also speak very less with my mom and dad.
she done suicide at evening between 5.30pm to 5.45 pm, my brother usually come to house at 6 P.M from his office.
Before doing suicide she went to her house in Ganesh puja, she went with her elder sister's husband and one more boy, at the day when she was going to her house that day heavy rain was falling, my mother said please wait untill the rain get stop, but she didin't listen to my mom and went away with her relative.after coming back to our home she was not even spoken with any one, we don't know what had happen to her at her house or what was happen with her as she was very secretive, she never say share anything with my brother or mom.My father told her mother about her behavior she said that she don't have time to come to our house she will come after 3-4 days.
Now her mother and her sister's are charging on us that we had killed her but my parents and my brother is very innocent, we have never asked for any dowry nor torched her but they had done FIR against my family, now for my mum and brother we need anticipatory bail but in session court we not got bail for my mum kindly help me how to get easily bail for my mum and brother.We have been charged for false case we are innocent, the girl was suffering from depression and what was in her mind we never knew.

My younger brother (23 years age) is demanding half amount in my mother's pension (central gov't). He is unemployed. Can he legally claim it? Since my father is dead, my mother don't want to share her little pension money to any one. Please guide me. Thanks.

Maintenance is admissible to a practicing advocate lady
I was married in the year 1991 with a girl who had studied M.Sc. Mathematics 1st Class. After marriage, I got her admitted to study in Chartered Accountancy and LL.B. She passed LL.B. with good marks and got registration as an advocate with Bar council of Delhi on 30.03.1996. She is a practicing advocate since then. On discovery of her illicit relations with her brother in law and his friends/clients, she went out of in laws house in my absence. After that, she filed F.I.R. u/s 498A and Maintenance Case u/s 125. I want to know whether she is admissible of getting maintenance from me. Both children are residing with me.
