My husband lives in USA and I am in India. One son and one daughter both major are in USA.I(50 years) am in India since 3 years as I cannot survive in USA due to difference of opinion between us. I asked for divorce to my husband who is refusing divorce. 1.What are the legal remedies available for me for divorce. 2. Whether I will get any maintenance as I am housewife. 3.Without divorce can I remarry in India. 4.I don't have any resources and parents are also expired. 5.If to proceed legally what are the methods and money required. 6. How long it will take for legal separation. Thanking in advance for solving my problems.

Kindly tell me what is the legal process to separated from family relation? My family wants to legally separated from the joint family and for this is it sufficient to release newspaper notification ? In short they wanted to dissolve the relations ? Please help?

I have a son 10 years old from my first marriage. When i married second time my present husband was ready to do adoption of my son and to change his name. However after one year when i become pregnant fron him he is denying to adopt my first son. Please advice if there is nay option by which I can chang name of my first son to the present husband name and surname wthout having adoption deed and his consent.

My husband is working in big private company as software engineer on permanent basis earning big salary per month, he is owner of two big flat. He files the divorce case. My divorce case is going on. I am living at my parent’s house. Now he is showing that he is poor guy living in rent house, working on contract basis and earning very less salary, showing all family are depend on him. Court is asking me about proof of his salary and the house for the monthly maintenance allowance. In this case how can I get the proof of his salary and the house for the maintenance? For this is there any right to act? what I do?Please help

My divorce case is pending in family court, UP. Case is filed by my NRI husband and I am contesting. Court is giving 3 days and that too every 10 or 15 or 20 days. I am working in private firm and cannot take leaves from office for 3 working days at every 10-15-20
days. How can I get releif in dates from court ? and that too every 40 or 50 days gap?

I am Avishram, my marriage is been in 24-04-2004 and my wife left in 3 months and after, 8 years she return and been with me for 8 months and again she went to her home place, the reason is we had a quarrel and had an heating argument and she went and she has no interest on me and its been 8 months. she left so i want to take mutual understanding divorce, so how much time it take. Is there any notice to be serve to my wife or what should i do. please suggest me what to do.

Demand of my belongings.
I want divorce from my husband because he tortured me a lot.I have one 10 months old child. My all jeweleries are in my father in-law bank locker. so my query is that will i get all those jewellery that my mother gave me at the time of my marriage and also those that i got from my husband side too ??
