Dear experts kindly guide.
sequence of marital life:
Husband marries wife, takes dowry as account transfers. After 1yr during delivery wife's condition deteriorate and doctors removed her uterus.Couple got a girl child.Now husband again started demanding delivery expenses.Wife opposes and quarrel happens.Then wife had to go to paternal house for her recovery as there was no one to take care except husband.Now matrimonial house was on husband's name and he gifts it to his mother in wife's absence and knowledge.After 10months by relatives interference he calls her back n child and started living in a rented flat next to matrimonial flat.Thereafter there were regular fights wife was beaten up by husband.Wife's MIL tells ovr phone to give divorce to husband and then wife reports this to women cell then counselling happens and things subsides for one month.Husband regularly abuses wife and her family and stays late night outside for drink party for full 24 hours multiple times.Then after in a quarrel hot water accidently gets spilled on husband, late night between 9-10 pm.No witnesses of incident.Wife tried to call and contact but husband didnot contact.Husband files FIR 10days prior to incident and gives a medical certificate of 10percent burn.wife was not informed anything by police and send to lockup for 24 hours by husband and police.Her statement was not taken.Husband files section 324,504 on wife.Child was given to husband.Then next day wife gets bail and husband comes to court, gives the child to wife in court and flead away.Then after one month he files divorce in his hometown another state 2000kms away from their residing place. Chargesheet of 324case not served after 90days time.Wife came to know about chapter case with the ACP of the area when she goes to collect the RTI information for her lodged complaint with the women cell, for which the concerned police IO of 324case doesn't inform her after 7-8 notices served.Wife talks to ACP and signs the bond for the chapter case 8 for the 324case.
Query:DID SHE DID THE RIGHT THING??
Also now the rent agreement has expired and owner has asked to vacate the flat.Husband has withdrawn all monetary help.couple has 2yrs daughter. Wife wants to file RCR. And she is advised to file DV and maintenance under 2005.
IS these the correct step or kindly suggest further.

Dear Experts,
I got married in Feb., 2012 and soon after three months my wife left me. After that she filed three different cases on me and my family viz. 498a & 406, DV and Crpc 125.
All these are filed at her current residence in Haryana while she stayed with me along with my family at our residence in Rajasthan.
Soon after she filed these cases my family disowned me and my wife (on the advise of a lawyer) and got the same published in the newspaper. For last one and half year I am living in Andhra Pradesh due to my job and therefore I wanted to know that can I file the divorce petition in AP as now my family has disowned me and therefore I have nothing to do in Rajasthan ?
Please advise.

In mutual divorce,I want My wife will be 1st petitioner and I, 2nd petitioner but my wife didn't agree to be 1st petitioner.If I will be 1st petitioner then , will I face any problem in future.Please suggest me as soon as.

Sir,
I belongs to a hindu family. My grandfather had ancestral property in his name and he died on 1977 without leaving any will. My mother(only daughter) was unmarried at that time. She married on 1987. After that, on 1992, a parttion deed on this property in that way that 1/3rd(by valuation) of this property in the name of my mother and rest in the name of my grandmother(mother's mother) and my maternal uncle(the only sibling of my mother)jointly keeping the name of my grandmother as the first person. Now, my grandmother died on 2013. My question is, do my mother have share on the 1/2 of her mother's property?

Dear all,
My husband chit me last 5 years.
When our engagement time his family told me He was working in India . But after weeding he went to UAE for job.. & comes only one month in every years.
Every time when come in india , he told me we are jointly leaving in next year .wait for next year ....but he can't .. now he saying he will not possible to leaving jointly.He said your are leave with my old parent & i am leave with UAE for job propose.
In between this my 5 years i am suffering from his & his family harassment for mentally & his sister in low pressure to me dowry. Every time about this i inform to my husband but he don;t leasan me & pressure to me leaving his family. Also in this period my husband not given me any single money for expenses. Actully he not love me.He want only servant to his home.
But last month i decided to fight against my husband & his family. so i will out his native place & come to my mother home .
My husband & his family totally fraud with me .
My family background is very poor.( My mother family ).
Till time i am not going any police station. Because i don't have any proof. No one in my backside.
I have one son 3 year old . Please tell me how can i fight to them.. My husband now in UAE.
Some one told me he have one more property ( house ) in india . but i don;t have any address .
Today i am here only for help . i want to be justic about me.One of my friend tell me .. Please go court and file DV act. so court start to some monthly amount and give to you also his home which is having in India for leaving .
But after this what about my fight .. be'coz they are chit me .. & harassment of dowry & Mentally tocher me.
I want justice. I don;t want his money & home .
What i do .. please help me about the processes.

Wife has filed dv asking for maintenance and residence.she has her own business (physiotherapist)but has not payed her returns nor do i have her bank details .she has said that she is unable to maintain herself due to depression but I know she is working.
how do I prove her income then ?

I am elder brother of accuse, my brother's wife filed FIR against all family member Me(ESM)My wife(ARMY PERSONNEL)Mother (Pensioner 65yrs) Sister (Teacher) Jijaji( Business)498a, 406 at faridabad PS. My brother also an ESM they got married in Dec 2011 soon after marriage she started staying with my brother at vishakhapatnam after 4-5 months my brother retired from service and came to stay with my mother at dehradun in my house(registered on my name)where they got married and girl's belongings are kept in one room, my brother soon after marriage purchased a plot at same place for about 5 lakhs and got registered on her name,deposited 2 lakhs (FD) on her name, After some time she started claiming that the room belongs to her and no body will enter in her room without her permission or touch/use her belongings, by that time i am staying with my wife in her govt. allotted house in Chandigarh. She started creating situation with my brother & mother for splitting this property, Once there parent with local police and there family members arrived at night and create pressure on my mother & bro to sign on stamp paper which states they will split this property. Meanwhile my brother got job in SBI rudrapur and he left her wife and her belongings to her hometown(Faridabad) after 6-7 months he returned from job saying that she was asking for money for her needs (but she is working)he has started giving 5000/- per month but she started calling to the SBI mgr or gate keeper 5-6 times a day and asking about him and calling him(brother) saying that talk to your mother regarding splitting of property and leave the job and stay with me in faridabad, do job here and buy house for me as you are my husband and you have to take my responsibilities not her parents, if he deny then she will go to women help org. and claim for fraud done with her and her family her father is in BOB (bank security)
So he left the job and started staying with her in faridabad (hometown) where he bought a car for her so that she can got to job and he can also use for the same if got job in delhi,he has applied for new job in delhi and waiting for call letter. by this period there family also started pressurizing him for claiming the property. my brother got fed up and left there home with laptop and car and started staying some place in delhi but never ever contacted us. Girl is in contact with all my family members and saying them that he has left with jewelery and car which his father bought for them. We know that there are some small problem which will be sorted out after some time.
After some time my brother filed case in Rishikesh for divorce. Soon after summons gone they have lodged FIR 498a and 406 on all family members in faridabad. But we(me & my wife) have met them twice once in marriage and once when gone for common friends marriage and my sis and jiju met only once in there marriage.
We all where called up at PS Frd. in front of ACP but the girl or any of the family member not closeup saying girl is not well to come PS, ACP told to come after some other day fixed by them our advocate never go with any file or paper always say be ready if the make arrest we have to go for AB Or you want to delete the names then you have to give some amount to IO so he can do this Our laywer always hesitate to come with us to any where always says i am busy and i have contacted them with phone there will be no problem. But soon after one week PS called up and told to come again as we are coming from far away (Mumbai , Chandigarh)what we can do
1. Can we ask for other date
2. Can we change the advocate
3. Can police consider if female family members are exempted from coming again and again
4. Can we ask ACP to close this fraud case if opponent where not come again on the day
5.As my wife is in medical profession in army she is not able to go again and again
6. Girl say in FIR my wife try to kill her with poisoned injection and i hit her with hockey or stick my sis and jiju called her up and horrify her that she cannot do any thing as we have powerful people behind us
Plz advice us what can be do to save our soul from this case.

We were continuously following our in laws to know about their demand as they were keen to get divorce from me first instead of initiating the act from their side and also threatened us to dissolve the issue and pay the said amount or else get ready to shift to jail, but i was on my stand that i need my wife back so i filed RCR.
Now my wife's uncle after filing of my rcr (they dont know about my petition as they are in other state) recently called my uncle asking for Rs.10 lacs and gold they have given to us on marriage they are also giving us an discount of Rs.2 lacs if matter is resolved and payment is done immediately.
i was shocked hearing about discount are they giving their ladies on hire or what?
I am against to pay even a single penny as i have taken nothing from them except my wife and i am very clean hand person earning only that much which satisfy my families needs.
Please guide me what move should i play now as i am still firm on my decision to bring her back.
