Sirs,
I got married (girl) in April 2013. My husband's mother expired 8 years ago. My father in law got married to the step mother within 3 months of death of his first wife. Though the lady promised to take care of my husband (who was 20 at the time of 2nd marriage), she started torturing both in father in law and my husband after marriage. She is materialistic, cunning, cruel and rude. She was 42 at the time of marriage and no children and still very self centered and wants everything for her. My father in law owns a house which is in his single name, though my later mother in law was working and her parents did help financially for building this house.
Now after wedding me and my husband are staying separately as agreed between my father and father in law. But this step mother is not ready to loose the rent she was getting earlier and troubling me and my husband regularly abusing, threatening and brain washing my father in law, who finally surrendered to this 2nd wife and joined her to trouble us.
They have started abusing me and my husband last month evening and have beaten me brutally. I had to give a complaint in PS and got admitted to hospital for injuries for 24 hours. our FIR against my father in law and his wife was filed. However, police colluded with my father in law and filed one false FIR against me, my husband, and parents that we have beaten them and instigated us to demand property from them.
Now both me and my husband are staying with my parents.
1. Can my inlaws break open my house?
2. What will be the process to apply for quashing of their FIR? How much time it may take and does it requires all plaintiffs to attend the court on all hearings?
3. My in laws are on conditional bail? can i apply for cancellation of bail and arrest them?
4. How about my going back to my house since i am feeling bad to leave my house where i went after marriage. I do not want to come out and stay in a rented house though i can afford a small rent.
5. My in laws have been charged 324 323 506 354 etc for assaulting me. Is 354 serious one against my inlaws for assaulting me?
6. We are under 324 323, 506 355 etc.
7. Police did not put 307 for my in laws for assaulting me and i was admitted to hospital with serious injuries. Can i now demand to include 307?

I live with my daughter and husband. My very abusive mother-in-law is expected anytime at our house. Husband is also emotionally little abusive. I want a protection order against them. Can i get this, without involving them in this? To whom will the protective order be given? I want to get this only as a precautionary measure to warn them against any abuse and use it, if they exceed their limits. Is is possible without involving them in this?

We had one ancestral land. My grandfather kept the land mortgage to one person and took money from him. After few years when my grandfather could not return the money, father of my grandmother negotiated with that person who had given money and gave away the land with little extra money to him and exchanged other land from that person which is far away from our place. My great grandfather( father of my grandma) then turn that new land to my dad's name. My dad was below 18 that time and my uncle was too below 18 as he is younger brother of my dad. so in 7/12 of that land my grandma's name is written as care taker for my dad till he turns major.
That land turned completely on my dad's name when he crossed 18. few years latter my grandfather again took money from one person and kept this new land mortgage again. Then my dad sold all gold of my mother and take that land back from that person and turned that land on my mother's name.
Meanwhile my uncle too got married and expired few years latter. His wife now demanding share in that land. Kindly guide me whether my aunt ( Wife of my uncle) can demand share in this land or not. for all above title changes the narration is not present. Only the 7/12 extract is showing the changes. How to go ahead and defend our land as that aunt did not have any relationship with us since last 14 years.
I will really appreciate If some one can give me any case law on such matter.

We are at the age of sunset. We are upper middle class family. We have 2 children. Son and daughter. We have never differentiated between them.
Son is good, heard us, studied well and became well settled. He sacrificed even his marital life for us when his wife asked him to choose between wife and parents.
Daughter did not heed us,not well educated, love married and left us 10 years back. She was cheated, harassed and tortured by her husband and now in distress along with a child without food and shelter.
Our Son hate his sister for her past behavior and demanding us to choose either him or she.He hurt very much and blame us as cheaters and made him alone in spite of his faithfulness/sacrifices towards parents all this time.
We have supported our daughter to complete her education since 4 years and she is now a qualified Teacher and shortly will get a job to feed herself and her child. But she need our moral and material support for one more year to settle on her own.
We are convincing our son to please have little patience and forgiveness but he refused and prepared to leave us to our own fate at this old age.
What we shall do? We can't lose neither of them! Can any body show us the right and just path to choose at this cross roads?
