498 lase launch in the year 2009 i was in lockup for 2 days then leave on bail now mutual divorce has done during the year 2011 through in court now still 498 running and she is not coming in hearing what to do how much time still continue my case please advice she is doing LLB practice in the same court can i transfer my case in H.C or other state

but advocate is telling that once charge sheet file then can not appeal in H.C without nullify this case

Rightly advised by the experts. Your advocate may not be interested in getting the petition quashed with the fear of losing a long time client, as your case is likely to linger on indefintely if the petition is not got quashed.

I agree with the experts views, you may follow the advises rendered by experts by filing quash petition fore high court, if your advocate is reluctant, engage some other advocate for this purpose alone.

but now attending every dates by last six month wife not coming for attending the same now what to do? case is running in lower court
