X was adopted by y about 50 years back the adoptive mother purchased a property jointly with the natural father of the adopted son long back by a registered sale deed unfortunately the school records of the adopted son shows the name of the natural father only now the sister of the adopted son denies that the adopted son has a share in the property of his adoptive mother since the records of the school do not bear the name of the adoptive mother. My question is can she raise this question after a long lapse of time she agrees that he was adopted but denies share in the property.

i hav one child who is 2 and a half years old.and there is nothing in my relation ship i got married in 2010 in pressure. is ex-parte divorce is possible .because my wife is not ready for the divorce.i m fed up of my life i want a divorce.is one sided divorce is possible.if there is nothing in my life even my wife is abusing me so what can i do..

I WANT TO FILE DIVORCE PETITION AGAINST MY WIFE ON THE GROUND OF CRUALITY AND DESERTION. SHE HAS FILED THE MULTITPLE FALSE CASES AGAINST ME.IF ANY ONE OF YOU EXPERT IS HAVING THE SAMPLE DRAFT PITITION FOR DIVORCE ON THE GROUND OF CRUALITY AND DESERTION, THEN KINDLY PROVIDE IT ME, I WILL AMENT THAT ACCORDING TO MY CASE. WITH REGARD. (sir the problem is that that i lost the trust. my wife is from dist. ghaziabad and i am from the agra. Dear experts
i have received a call from ASI mahila aayog thana haryana she have informed me that my wife have filed a complain of DV & dowry. The ASI has asked me to meet for counselling with my wife to sort out this matter. i have already filed rcr to bring her back in my genuine intention.
i have confirmed the ASI whether it is an FIR or just a complain then she elaborated that we don't file FIR before 3 counselings
i even requested her to convince my wife to come and stay with me.
She told me to give your presence we will try our best to make things working.
Should i trust this ASI and visit her??
Please advice.

Date of exparte decree passed on in 125 Cr.pc. dated: 09-11-2011, respondent is husband lawyer taken vakalat and lawyer is mislead the case for my client given wrong adjournment. Thereupon it was a exparte.
The wife only filed a land document (it is an empty land no income generated for this land)
In High Court Husband can seek what relief
How can he seek revenge on wife and how can take

I Purchased a property in Mumbai from My joint account Hold by me and my Son in year 1992 For the registration of same, we had given to one of us relative he submitted the same. Due to our negligence It was not register by him till now. My relative says that agreement is lost by them (registrar) my son is divorced in year 1995 at that time his sons were also minor. In year 2013 my son Died. My query is how to get new agreement Steps to be followed and what will be rights of grandsons in the property. Thank you sir in advance.

SIR, MY WIFE HAS FAIL CrPC 125 CASE AGAINST ME, IN WHICH COURT HAS PASSED THE INTERIM MAINTENANCE OF 2500/- PM. I HAVE FILED THE CRIMINAL REVISION ON THE ORDER OF INTERIM MAINTENANCE. I HAVE TWO QUIRIES
1 TILL THE TIME DISCISION ON RIVISION IS PENDING , I HAVE TO PAY THEINTERIM MAINTENECE
OR NOT.
2. WHAT IF I AM UNABLE TO PAY THE INTERIM.
KINDLY HELP ME
3. what is the limit of time 3 month or 6 month , after that court order the recovery.

I filed a case in Amarat-E-Sharia Punjab, for reconciliation on dispute with my wife.I accept all her condition but she rejected my condition.Then after consideration Amart-E-Sharia Punjab Advised us both for Mutal Sepration. I have accepted the noble advise and asked to proceed further .But my wife and her family demanded next date. In case she do not attend & show relectuance whether I give talaq to her without waiting with her consent Dower money witll be paid by cheque through registered post along with maintenance allowance for three monthj of idat period under Mohammandon law. What kind of talaq in these circumstances. What would be the consequences I have to face after talq in her absence.What legal cases she can filed against me after talaq.

My wife is living sepreatly with her parents past 5 years and we have a baby child 6 years old. My wife is well educated woman and previously working in privet sectors.She File a maintanance case on me and i am working as a sales excutive in a shopping mall and getting Rs. 5500/- only. So how much i have to pay maintainence to her? and may i request to court for Custody of my child because my wife having very rich family background and i belongs to a middle class family so she said u can not fulfill my daughter's wishes so you have no rights to stay with her.
