Right of a widowed woman to visit her paternal home

Woman belonging to the Santal (tribal-SC) community - age approximately 40 yrs.

Living in Birbhum, West Bengal.

Married at the age of c. 14 yrs.

Widowed at the age of c. 17 yrs.

Demise of her own father at age c. 18 yrs.

From that point, lived with mother (who is still alive), in paternal home, bringing-up 5 siblings.

Joined a rural-development organisation - about 10 years ago, where she has been living and working ever since.

Fell in love with a NON-TRIBAL co-worker, and both parties intend to get married (under the Special Marriage Act).

However, marrying 'outside' the (Santal) community is 'not allowed' by their 'social rules'.

For the past one year, the youngest brother, after being told about her intention to get married to a non-tribal, has been FORCING THE WOMAN, AND THEIR MOTHER FROM MEETING EACH OTHER!

HE IS FORBIDDING THE WOMAN FROM VISITING HER PATERNAL HOME - THREATENING TO KILL HER IF SHE DOES SO (though it is most probably a 'blank threat').

HE IS ALSO BLACKMAILING THEIR MOTHER AND PREVENTING HER FROM VISITING THE DAUGHTER AT THE PROJECT WHERE SHE WORKS.

MY QUESTION:-

Given the scenario mentioned above, are there any LEGAL PROVISIONS, through which the daughter and/ the mother can take action and LEGALLY COMPEL THE SON TO ALLOW FREE INTERACTIONS BETWEEN THE MOTHER AND THE DAUGHTER?

Thank you, in advance...

Suppose there are 2 beneficiaries in a will. Both get equal share in property. Can a will be made so that one gets only life estate and the other gets estate absolutely and forever. Is such a will valid?

Judgement deferred

after hearing both sides of the arguments DC revenue of BBMP asked both parties that do agree to the judgement which he is going to deliver based on the documents produced by the parties, for which both the parties agreed.,
DC BBMP has not given the judgement but has mentioned that "Judgement deferred" on 15/03/2014
MY question is how long one has to wait for receipt of judgement? is there any remedy to get the judgement early.,?

Applying for divorce case

Dear all
I am from chennai, some details about me , I am a common middle class man . I am work for a private firm and my wife is a house wife we have got married in 2009 and we have 11 month old baby. As we differ in our mind set as she thinks that only she wants her family member, even she is ready to ill treat me because of them and try to take revenge on me and never what to change her mind set. Even she try to threaten that she will go to police and register case. The above issue carries for past 3 years.
Even her parents and elder brother ill treats me and my family member with bad word and make us ashamed in front of others. They never want to advise her daughter and they support her, so i what some legal advise on the above issue to safe guard me and my baby.

As i feel that this relationship cannot continue future i would like take issue legally.

Thanks
