Dear Sir,
I dropped my wife to my in-laws place for delivery 14 months before. After delivery we went to see the child and wanted to take her back to our home which her parents refused telling that she needs rest as per doctor's advice. After 01 week, then 01 month, 02 month once again I went to take her which she refused. After that My wife and in-laws filed complaint in women cell, which I explained the facts and figures then they took the matter seriously and blasted my wife and in laws for telling lies. I then filed RCR in support of my family and my self and closed the complaint filed in women cell on its behalf. Now the RCR case is pending since 09 months. After 09 months, my wife filed crpc 125 against me without any reason demanding 15000 per month. What should I do? I have already filed Crpc 155 08 months before in my and my in laws locality both. Moreover I have lodged a complaint 08 months before against my in-laws regarding threat abuse and mis-happenings. Kindly guide me what should I do? I cannot trust my wife and in-laws now? Also I know that my wife only wants my money? I am alone taking care of my old parents? Please help me soon?

My grandfather has 3 son.. please tell me according to the law,, can my grandfather give all his earned property to one of his son and sign the will ?? And give nothing to the rest of 2 son..

Hi i am 23 yr old girl. I recently married in feb 2015. My inlaws started torturing me mently. Recently on 23nov my father in law slapped me and my sisitr inlaw use filthy languge. I call the cops but they didnt do anything. After my parents reahed my home i was go for complaint wid them in women cell. But nithing happn. My husband do nothing he is noy trusting me he is a puppet of his family . he cant go aginst hos family at any cost. I left my matrimonial home that day. After reaching my parents home . i deided to patchup wid my husband about this. Due to this i said sorry to him many times and said all thing and allegations r false becoz he said 'sorry kaho gi tabhi aunga lene' i said sorry to him now he has a recording of this. And now he is denying to talk wid me. What legal action should i take? What should i do? My parents dont want me to g bak there. And my inlaws too. My lawyer said file a maintenance case against him. Can i file a appliation for residenceorder under dv act? What legal action mg husband take against me?

My Quash petition is dismissed by AP HC
However, AP HC, directed the lower court to dispose within in 6 months and ordered dispense with attendance for A2, A3, & A5.
In lower court, I have taken a legal aid since i lost job because of this case 3 years back.
the legal aid is coming to court and guiding me, but he said he cant guide in drafting petitions and asked me to do myslef.
For the next hearing he asked me to file affidavit, so that he will ask the court to dispsoe the case.
this would be first interaction with judge because till now only attendance

Dear Sir,
I was married in 1973 and my wife left my home in 1975 due to my small house.she was demanding a seperat house as i have responsibility of my mother and younger brother my father was expired when i was 6 year old and my bother was six month old.today i am 70yeras of age she filed case of maintainance in 2009 and i am paying sum 3500/=p m.i have come to know that the mumbai high court and a supreme court ruled that along seperation like 30 to 35 years she is not entitled to get maintainance.is it true and the said is beneficial in my case? i have no chiled and have letter writen by her that"when you purchase new house than i will come."but lack of income i am unable to purchase the house and has get house from co operative society and have to pay due of insttalment of rs.2,00,000/= kindly guide me and obliged.

i. i am 23year old girl married in feb 2015. due to physical and mental torture by inlaws on me day by day itsincreasing. on23 oct 2015 i left my matrimonial home on that day i file a complaint against my inlaws and husband. next day my brother called women cell that we not pursue this case from here becoz its too far from my parents home. after that i dont fileany case or complaint against my husband or inlaws. i want to patchup with my husband and due to this i said to my husband that many lines incomplaint was not written by my consent becoz to save my marriage i said sorry to him many times. Now i feel my husband filed a case against me becoz he has a recording in whichi said sorry and complaint was not written by my consent. please tell what should i do? what legal action i should take? and what legal action my husband take against me? he is not ready to do any type of compromise. please help. Dont want to continue this relation.

I want to divorce from my wife as its been 2 years now to marriage at arya samaj mandir. She never came to my home nor disclosed about marriage..now she doesn't want to live and want to be separate but on the other hand she is not supporting at all for divorce. Dear Experts,
My Grandfather has three sons and two daughter all married having family residing separate from 1980s prior to death of my grand father.
Whether my aunts(bua,Sisters of my father) have equal right same share as my fathers and uncles in the properties of my grandfather still properties are in the name of my grand father.
I have heard from some where that now supreme court has given a judgment recently in Civil Appeal No 7217 of 2013 that Section 6 of Hindu Succession Act as amended by Act No. 39 of 2005 will be will be applicable to living daughters if their father were living as on 9 sept 2009 date of amendment.
if my bua are not entitled in the light of this judgment and due to non applicability of amendment dated 9 Sept 2005 because my grand father was died before 1984. How I should apply for transfer of title from my grandfather to their sons and there after to me and my brothers.
My father also expired on 1990 earlier to amendment of the succession act. Only two of my uncles and one aunt is alive as on date.

Sir i married on 21st april .after 2 months of my marriage my husband filed application on wrong facts.this application is refer in high court mediation centre.now i m pregnant i want to go my in laws house bcs sir i m feeling depressed that they are taking too long due dates on every date of mediation .when i talk to them on phone they said no body is in his house to care me .so they didnt take me there house .sir but i want to go so what should i do.bcz they are giving me long date on every date i get frustrated by there this nature they want that i compromise what they will say in mediation cetre .so they dont want to take me there home .sir what should i do to go there before the date
