Query is for my younger who got married in March 2015 and left in April 2015 (since he is there till as on date) employed abroad since 10 years his wife send an notice from family court and it came to my residence ( he not living here in my address since 10 years though as per passport address my residence address is there –His wife knows his address where she was brought after marriage but notice was not send to that address) I informed post man that he is abroad She lives in her home since the day my brother left abroad -April 2015 with her parents
I happen to hear that this case be put in news paper for information and if not responded it will be considered as expartie
As he is staying abroad and he is not been informed in his address or by phone or by email how this case can be set as expartie
My brother not at all interested to go for divorce request guidance in this
As it has come to my address will this advt be put on news paper by my address and what action I have to take regarding this and so as to prevent been treated as expartie
Even if it is send to his address (our aged mother stays in his address along with other brother cant able to read nor write) will mother have a problem

Hi,
I am in need of a Marriage Certificate. I got married in month of May-2015 in Malegaon Maharashtra. I am from Pune and my marriage ceremony took place in my wife's native. I have recently shifted to Bangalore. I would like to know where shall I apply for the certificate whether in Pune or Bangalore?

First of all thanks for the noble work you do here by spreading the truth when everyone other out there are just looting.
2008: Registered marriage., prepared her passport
2009: Church marriage and went abroad
2009-2013 : All fine, we had come to India for vacation many a times and gone back.
2013 Caught her having another affair, She agreed asked pardon. Forgave her as she was carrying my child.
2013 Dec: I was blessed with a baby boy, took her along with her mother to the Marriage tribunal in UAE, She agreed all her faults. Upon counselling Priest asked me to forgive her and she agreed to repent all sins and agreed to leave those affairs. (She had same with someone else before marriage and I had forgiven her without informing anyone)
2014 Jan: She went to India along with new born Son, her mother, money all gold and lot of shopping. I gave all as she said will repent and return as good wife.
2014 Feb: She denied going her matrimonial home (My home) arranged Christening of baby silently without informing us. Stil I send money and kept contact saying be in your home.
2014 Feb-2014 June: My family went to see her and child, gave gifts and asked her to come home. She denied.
2014 Jul: She gave a police complaint in her town on me and my father (73) saying domestic violence, harassment, Threaten to kidnap child, not sending money, and life threat. Upon police call my father got shocked and fell ill. Later along with my brother in law went to station and was taken in writing that they will bring me to India else I would be arrested in any airport in India.
2014 Oct: I resigned my job as I don’t wanted to defame my company and my reputation and came to India. Upon verification, found she has left her home along with whole family and moved to unknown place. I pressurized Police and she was brought to the station and denied to unite.
2014Oct-Dec: I tried all possible ways to get her back through family, friends, priests, bishop but nothing happened. Finally put RCR and GWA in Mangalore court and went back to UAE to search a job.
2015 Feb: Reconciliation, both attended after she did not attended two prior sessions. She denied joining, Threatened judge asking guarantee. I proceeded to evidence.
2015 Jul: Evidence, I gave all the proofs of her affairs and prayed for child custody or urged her to come back as child need mother also. I was crossed by her lawyer and found nothing wrong.
2015 Jul-Oct: She did not attend and escaped all evidence stage proceedings. Her father was brought to court and made to give a written agreement to bring her. Later She moved to high court Bangalore citing she works there and put a stay on the case for 8 weeks and asked to move case to Bangalore.
2014-2015 I was deprived from seeing the child, last I saw him in the police station. I have lost money, gold, child, my and family health and happiness. She is just delaying to harass me more so I divorce her and she can get alimony. All the facts are against her false complaint and she will be nailed with the proofs. (I got emails, chats, nude photos and videos between them, attempts for abortion, cheating men on internet with fake emails fake Facebook ids, seducing men also statement from tribunal in UAE). I still write this thinking my son’s future so I asked her to join, No priests and lawyer are saying to take her back a she did 4th time betrayal for me.
Nov 2015: Her 8 weeks stay is over and she has to attend the court now.
I seek justice, I need my child. I can’t run behind as I am not in India. Can I give Power of attorney to my brother in law or a friend, Should I appeal in high court? Why can’t I get to bring my son home? When whole society knows that I haven’t done any violence why can’t the judiciary see it? Please guide me.

Dear Experts, my husband filed a divorce case against me in greater noida - we got married in greater noida and I am currently working in Noida. My parents live in Ludhiana - I have a domestic violence and dowry case running in Ludhiana. Can I apply for the transfer of divorce case too?

Dear experts,
In a lack of proper evidence me & my mother was not able to file case against my father under sec.494 and 495 of IPC having two wives at same time .My mother passed away in 2009.Now i have a sufficient evidence to prove my point that my father is having two wives since 22 years . can i file case under sec.494 and 495 of IPC against my father after the death of my mother.

If the husband withdraws his divorce case before the judge and still not take back the wife, what legal remedy is available to wife. Wife filed only RCR and Interim u/s 24 HMA and no other cases.

I'm living in a joint family. As I was facing problem with my brother nd sister in law. My brother attitude was not good at all. Thats why I want to separate legally so that in future I should not face any problem's legally. My problem is not related with property or money.

Anulling marriage
I got married on 20.5.2015 but on 11.06.2015 she got back to his parents stating that she was emotionally blackmailed my her parents to marry me. Later her parents asked me to wait for 2 months for changing her mind but on 2.09.2015 she told she will take care of life and will not come back. So if now I apply for nullity of marriage then how much time required and what is the process?
