Dear Sir,
I am working in private financial services providing company and got married in 2009 and in 2011 blessed with a baby boy..My wife left me for preparation/studies for competition with my child when he was only 1 year old stating that she needs to go for B.ed as she was M.A and want to apply for job now. Since then she never came back I was trying to take her back and wasted almost 1 year and 8 months and then i filed divorce suite against her. She also in return files 498 A and domestic violence against me and my family members. Although i have got the divorce (X Party) after 1 year of filing the case as she never came on single hearing. Now she had intervened after divorce decree being passed in march 2015 and she intervened in april 2015 in front of court to listen her version now. I have also applied for custody soon after getting divorce under guardians and wards act.She had also applied under 125 CRPC for 40 k per month. Request best possible suggestions to counter these issues as i don't want to loose my child. I know it is not so easy but still i want to be in touch of my son. Secondly she is also earning and working private bank and earning 8 k per month.

Case Facts :
1. 498A and CrPc 125 going against me in Jallandhar, Punjab.
2. Interim Maintenance of Rs. 6500 awarded per my private job Salary Income of Rs. 60000.
3. My wife has 10+ years of Job experience. She left the job and filed CrpC in 2013 and after 2 months on filing the CrPc 125, she again rejoined the Job. She was doing job at the time of award of Interim Maintenance.
4. Now, again she has left the Job as CrPC may be decided in next 2-3 months.
5. I am living at rent and doesn't have any immovable property in my name. Please suggest :
a. I am paying rent of Rs. 12000.
b. If I purchase even a flat for my residence now. Then Home Loan EMI for that will be around Rs. 25000.
c. Please suggest which is better, Rent of Rs. 12000 or Home Loan EMI of Rs. 25000 with regards to CrPc 125.
d. If I purchase property with Home Loan now, will it be a problem in my Divorce case in future.
Please suggest with regards to both CrPc 125 and Divorce case. Thanks

my name is prashant i got marrige in 2011. my wife was living with me only few months (December 2011 to january 2012 than March 2012 to June 2012) after that she left my home and never come back after her parents asking money and divorce i refusing for the same. than in Feb 2014 they filed false dometic voilance case on my family and took order from court 15000 per month maintinance with out any proof i dont know how court ordered the same. than Feb 2015 i filed Section 9. but she is not respond she did not take paper every time refusing than i withdraw the section 9 and filed divorce case again she is not taking the paper every time making bahanas.
Pleae advice me what should i do i want divorece ASAP

Recently, Supreme court has given a judgment regarding Daughters cannot inherit ancestral property if father died before 2005. I shall be grateful if you could kindly arrange to provide this judgement as i could not find out this from website including indiankanoon. please arrange to privde the same.

dear group please help me getting the correct information on this issue
my wife filed a case against me 498A in the year 2012 and in this month i was called for the first appearance and given the date after one week for second appearance and now i got the date to appear in the court is 26/11/2015 for the third time but from first appearance only my wife is not attending the court still no action is taken against her can you please help me after how many appearance will they cal her for cross examination in the court

Dear experts, a lady got married with my father 22 years back though she knew the fact that my father had a family .and no divorce has been made between my parents. My mother died in 2009 ,can I file case against that lady.that lady have 21 years daughter too with my father. Regards

My uncle has a case against him by my brother�s wife..case is going on...my wife is also likely to file 498a against him...will his bail be cancelled?
