I have already done a court marriage in Mumbai. Now I want to re register it in mangalore . please suggest me is this possible and what are the rules for hindu marriage act.

My father has transferred about 80%of his property to my sisters according to his first will now my father wants to change his will but the property is already transferred to my sister's is it possible now to get back the property ?

Dear Experts,
Iswarlal died in March 1963. Sureshbhai and Rameshbhai were the legal heirs.
But, Unfortunately Sureshbhai was died in 1950 left behind minor daughter Sumanben only.
In december 1963 Rameshbhai file application in mamalatdar and converted all ancestral properties in his name only.
Sumanben was not in knowledge about that. In 2013 she came in knowledge about the mutation entry done by her Uncle Rameshbhai in 1963. She filed application to revenue court to cancel the mutation entry. That is yet to decide.
Sumanben died in 2014 left behind a Unsound mind & unmarried son and a married daughter Indumati.
Now question is that:
1.Can Akshay grand son of Suman i.e. son of Indumati file a suit in civil court to get equal right as legal heirs of Rameshbhai are enjoying?
2.Can he succeed the application filed by his grand mother Sumanben to cancel mutation entry of the year 1963?
3.Is there any other remedy?
4. will the recent judgement of Hon'ble S.C. affect the suit?

Sir, I have three daughters all married and well settled and leaving happily with their family, my mother passed away in 1984 and father in 2014 though the property purchased in the name of my mother, did my sisters also have the same rights over the property

Hello, marriage happened in Dec,2012 from Pune. I came down to Bangalore in mar 2014 and she came in June 2015, loads of issues, cruelty. Tortured happened in 3 years against me and my family. Now the situation is that I am jobless from Last 3months and not getting job in Bangalore but offers are from outside Bangalore, she is denyning me to go outside and search here in Bangalore irrespective of time it ll take, also to bear all expenses in between, now I am mentally tortured and upset from her behaviour of not co-operating at all, please advice now what to do If I am willing to job outside

Dear sir,my husband is living outside his home town in kuchaman city , along with his Jiji and jijaji in guwahatui,he is CA and having his job in guwahati, I am also having job and now come to live in guwahati, he is not ready to live with me, there is no any application in family court, what are legal remedy for me to live with him, any notice or any act, actually the notice should be such that he is bind to provide me shelter , whether he is in her sister house or not.

Got married in 2012 but wife never stayed and after 3 year married again and subsequently divorce took place from first wife after one year of 2nd marriage.(from first wife) facts were reveled to second wife about first marriage.I want to ask.
Is second marriage is valid now?
Is divorce is applicable to second marriage if in case required.
As the second marriage was void ab initio, what is her legal right.

sir good evening my name is narendar my father worked as ex helper kalasi in railways.he expired on 19.01.2007.my father has two wifes. i am the second wife son first wife died after my dad death.first wife daughter fight against my mother getting pension and job in court.they gave money not to right of both according to succession certificate railway gave me job and then withdrawn my job because of second wife son is not eligible for cg appointment.then i went to cat they gave favor decision of me second wife son also eligible for job.but railway is not give the job again they decided that going to appeal in high court.without going to high court any possibility of getting the job in railways with cg appointment.i suffered a lot with all the court cases.then i went to court is not possibility of me i dont have money by fight in high court.please help me sir send me any suggestion not going to high court and getting the job in railways.mail me sir narendarkmr369@gmail.com

Hi my self vikas nigam my marriage before 18month and I have a daughter. Of four month. My wife stay with me in my house only 3 month how can I divorce with out maintenance Pls suggest
