I got married 3 yrs. back and now with one child[1 yr.son].In view of mis- understanding with me, my wife left me along with child and now staying in her parents home for the past one year.Myself and with my parents went to her home to call her back to live with me but she refused to come back. Thus 3 times we went to her home to call her but again she refused. Finally she and her parents say that she will never come to live with me and plan to go for divorce. But they never say this plan clearly.I am software engineer and earning Rs.70,000/ per month. My parents and myself also want to get divorce from her by mutual consent divorce if they accept to do so and I wish to give the alimony totally once for all.Now my question is how much total amount I have to give to her based on my salary both for my wife and for child support once for all settlement. Please advice me what to do at this stage.Further, if my wife not accepted the mutual divorce and want to punish me.So I wish to live in relation with another girl pending getting divorce from my wife.I know this is illeagal and subject to police action. Now I say that my parents are old and I engage the said another girl as maid servant for cooking purpose for my parents and I live with my parents and live in relation with that girl. Please tell me whther this will be no proof for police action.

Reopen dv case

In my dv case ,interim orders were passed for which I filed an appeal in sessions court .when my appeal arguments were complete ,husband also filed an appeal for same interim order with delay condonation ,but the court had decided to hear both appeal separately .Now both the appeals are transferred to another court and the new court wants to run both cases simultaneously .meanwhile the lower court wanted to proceed the matter and asked me to file evidence affidavit ,which I could not file .hence the lower court has dismmised the case .
Can I restore the case in same court or do I need to file an appeal for the same .
What is the faith of the appeals which are going in the sessions ?
Please Experts can you guide me on this .Thank u.

Partition suit

A is the karta of a family consisting of b(wife), C (son), D(son), E (Daughter). A has a lot of ancestral property and family business. A dies intestate. Later on B also dies. E gets married and has a son and daughter F & G respectively both of whom are majors. C has a son, H, who is a major.
E files the suit for partition pleading C & D as defendants. so my query is whether H is necessary party to the partition suit.

Rights in property

My father had a illegal relationship with a woman and he had given them 4 and half acres of of coffee estate and approximately 4 acres of wet land which was registered in the the name of the illegal child and also purchased another 4.25 acres of property of coffee estate from my uncle in favour of the said relationship which is not registered in their name as there was no right for the illegal children One boy and a girl who was married off by giving dowry before the ruling of 2005 by supreme court and the rest of the ancestral property was in my fathers name on his death in 2015 he had orally said the other property belonged to us 5 legal children and my mother which he has written in the dairy (two sonsmarried with children and three daughters who are unmarried) but died without a will. All his life he stayed with us but the money was spent on them we got ourselves educated and bought some own assets. The matter is in the court but by forging the signature of my father the illegal son( not married) has got the Tashilidhar of the Taluk to get the RTC in his name and has borrowed a loan of RS 500000. We have a stay order on the said property .Do we have the right to enter the property . He has been using the local police and has prevented us from entering the property. There are two people who have signed has witness to the fordged will. Can we file a case against them and the collaborative revenue officials Revenue officer and Tashilidhar who without following the procedure transferred the property in the name of the opponent when we had a stay order on the property and notice was not issued without looking into the family tree which usually the Revenue Officer of the village has (phani) advice at the earliest
