Hi Experts,
I need your valuable advice on the below issue.Please help me out as we are confused.
My cousin married in 2007.It was an arranged marriage & performed as per hindu rituals.spent married life foe 5 yrs, no child was born. consulted doctors but found that her husband has asthenospermia, but my cousin recently with some illness found that she has mysthenia Disease was discovered in 2009 treatment was taken and she got thymactomy surgery and now she is doing good with her health, by keeping the same reason her husband and his family tourcher her to give permission for second marriage, which she not agreed so by telling some reason she was sent back to her parents home, now case ispending as her husband filed nullification of marriage in 2012 and he got sec marriage in 2015, my cousin has filed case against him but still awaiting for final result as there is no judge in the court wre she had filed bigamy against her husband
kindly advice what she must do to

My Grandfather, through his own savings had bought a flat, however for tax purpose he created it as an HUF. He has two sons and a married daughter.On his death he has written a will which states that the property post the demise of his Wife( which is my grandmother) should be transferred only in the name of one son.
Now my query is, do the other son and daughter still have any right/share on the property.

Dear Experts, I need your guidance..
I got married in Jan 2006 and me and my wife stayed together for 4 years and but we were not compatible and there were so many issues. So i left my house and was living separately in same city but she continue to harass me so finally i had quit that place and moved out. Since then we are not in touch its been 4 years now. I asked her many times for divorce but she was not ready to go so i decided to move out.
Now her lawyer has appraoched me via one of my friend and saying that she is asking for 5 lac and she will take ex-party divorce.
Now the petition is ready but she has mentioned so many false allegations that i used to drink and beat her and i was not giving her money and i forced her for abortion and bla bla...
But the lawyer is saying that it doesnt matter whatever we write in petition as if you will not come, we will take xparty divorce based on these allegations and you will receive a copy of Judgment. You should not b bother about the content in petition or the ground on which we take divorce.
So the question is -- Is it fine to go?? Or will there be any cases against me or will this create any problem to me in my future..?
Kindly guide, if i should accept this petition??

Dear experts,
I had a Maintenance case (CRR) under DV interim maintenance, against me in Chandigarh high court, which was finalised on 11 Feb 2016. Judgement got reserved. I would like to know , in how many days the final order can be seen online?
I am expecting order in my favour.

How i can diamiss the case based on juridiction. My wife filed maintenancr case but she mentioned that she asked for money and i rejected her demand at her home. I was not at her home and that proof i have with me. How to proceed pl advice

Mr. x married Miss Y in the year 2006 by executing and registering an agreement for living as husband and wife. Both X and Y belongs to christian sects. They begotten a male child who is now 8 years. They owned a property in their name. They now wanted to end their life as husband and wife. Unfortunately Y got a passport with X's name in the spouse column. My question is which is the best way to end their matrimonial relation ship ?

Interim maintenance
Dear All Lawyers,
My wife has charged me for domestic violence and she left me immediately after 2 months of our marriage and we have a baby boy. Now my salary is 18000/- per month. I have seen my wife working in one matrimonial company before her delivery and she is MA in English Literature. But I have no proof of her employment. But I know the place where she worked. Also I don't know if she is currently working or not. Interim maintenance will be finalised on 1st March, I need your guidance. Please tell me how much I would have to pay from my salary?
