Hello sir
I gor married in 2014, before marriage i told all conditions like we need to live in joint family, n my family members r of moderate values.
But after marriage disputes started and continues till date.
3 months ago, she got a baby boy, nd in hospital itself she used very abusive words to my parents.
I want divorce now at any cost.
She and her family keeps threatening us telling that they would file a false dowry case against us.
Plz guide what to do
I will never agree for compromise coz we gave 2 years to adjust but she is completely out of control and threatened us many times.
No body can live with such a cheap minded woman.

Sir/Madam,
My father gave education to my younger brother up to 11th standard and after expire of my father I had given education up to 15th standard (I, e Degree) with technical qualification of shorthand and typing and after completion of education I had kept my brother in job in private company. I used to take case as my son, by his hardworking he had become manager in the organization.
10 years back he was died on road accident while going in car with his friends, case was filed in court against car owner and on insurance company, four years back, court delivered the compensation of Rs.30,00,000/- to my mother, he is unmarried & we are four brothers,
In thirty lakhs only five lakhs are given as cash and remaining amount was kept as fixed deposit in nationalized bank for three years.
My mother promised me that she will give me 50% of fixed deposit amount after maturity, because of taking care of my younger brother.
Now she is refusing to give 50% amount because of my elder brother’s threat & pressure.
Now my earnings are very less and I had two unmarried daughters, my health is also not good, passing through difficult time.
In these regard, please guide me who to get 50% share amount in the court of law, for which I am thankful to you.

Sir, my wife has made me suffered by her many acts like scrating my face, southing and abusing loudly at home and even hitting people and myself outside home being short tempered , restrict me to invite my parents at home and so on. Soon after I filed a case for divorce on the ground of cruelity my wife filed case of maintenance. She is qualified n did BEd on my expense. She left home 2 years back stating me and my family are poor people and not giving her lavish lifestyle wat she used to have at her parents place. She took jwellery n her academic certificate n left two years back. As of now she is teaching in her private school. Does she deserve maintenance once she left house on her own will.. and how can I prove dt she left volunteers.

Sir/Mam,
A lady was in a relationship for few years but she wanted to get out of it. I came into her life n we went along good. But a problem was her marrige was already fixed with the guy from both the family's side. After she fell in love with me she clarified this to her family but they were adamant as marriage was in 1 months time n they dint wanted to back out. Due to emotional stress n family's reputational concern she agreed for the marriage. After she said her decision i moved out of her life. She married but as the bonding was not there between she n her husband things were not going well. The husband slapped her n they had a fi8 within 7 days of marriage. After that she contacted me n told me the entire incident then we met for 2 or 3 time n within 14 days of her marriage one day she was talking to me on whats app her husband saw n started a fi8 blaming her of a extramarital affair. She wanted to get out of the marriage so she said yes she loves someone else they had a fi8 n next day morning she returned home. After that day the guy is troubling her a lot. Blaming her of cheating him. He has also blackmailed her that he will commit suicide. He sent her an image of a cut wound. She filed a GD as a lawyer suggested. Now the guy is trying to track her phone. He came once to her house n created a lot of blunder force tried to take her away. As he couldn't after that now he is a bit quiet. So she will be filing the divorce in a few days. But she dosen't want to file cases against him unless its the last option.so any suggestions? And also how much m i involved in it leagally should i get into it or stay in dark till the case is over? After marriage i and her had no physical bonding so section 497 is not a valid point here. Still any recommendations or advice.

I want to know,the photographer who made the video & photos of our marriage.ir is possible under section - 91 to send notice to photographer for duplicate of video & photos or their is another section.
I have already registered my FIR ON 1/01/15 and 8 year had pass to my marriage.my all the proofs video's& photos are in hand of my in laws and they deny it.

Dear Sirs,
My father deserted my mother 26 years ago (planned to bring his mistress in his married home).
My mother started staying separately for sake of her self respect.
My father passed away recently. He was a Govt servant and started two families.
They were married under Hindu Marriage Act and MY MOTHER AND FATHER HAVE NEVER BEEN DIVORCED. My mother is still alive. He converted to Islam to legalize his second marriage and all his service documents and other papers show the mistress as his wife.
My Questions :
1. Can my father leave his self earned property in his will to his mistress despite having a alive legally wedded Hindu wife.
2. Is his second marriage null and void?
3. Who has the claim for his family pension after his death?
4. What percentage of property is rightfully inherited by his son from second marriage?

Please guide me to help my mother gain her rightful inheritance after my father's demise.

How to convert judicial seperation to divorce
Hello
One of my friend has applied for judicial separation. at time when it was applied the lawyer said once the separation is done then apply for divorce. however for separation it took almost 4 years in the family court.
Now the written argument is started and would like to know for my friend if he at this stage there is any solution to convert it to divorce and how long it could take if amendment done in same case. let me know if this amendment is possible in this case itself.
