My cousin brother married to a girl having
O.C.D.(Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) the girl's parents suppressed the information. She behaves harshly, at times aggressive and says "living with him is suicidal". Is it possible to get a divorce immediately on this ground without waiting for the stipulated 6 monthe or 1 year period, if we have to file a case please suggest the Acts under which we can seek divorce and also do we need to pay any alimony or maintenance. They are married fro 4 years. She has also admitted this in her college applications.

Family court granted mutual consent divorce subject to payment of 15 lakhs as permanent alimony, the husband paid 5 lakhs cash at the time of order and remaining 10 lakhs he issued two cheques 5 lakhs each in the name of wife (recorded in divorce order), after presentation the same bounced as insufficient funds. The wife can file complaint u/s 138 N.I.Act or not, she can file contempt petition before family court and she can file petition for set aside divorce order. what remedies are there for wife against the husband

Hi,
I am working in an MNC in Bangalore. I got certificate from my company psychiatrist that my wife has mental disorder. I told about the activities of my wife to the doctor and he told its a mental disorder case. I am staying in gents pg on weekdays and go to my hometown and stay with my parents on weekends so that she doesnt get a chance to stay with me and torture me. She tortured me and that is why I married her. I have not recorded the way she shouts and tortures but i am sure any one who observes her will find out that she is a psycho. She has recorded some fights between me and her andhas doctor certficate for injury on her.
She tried to come inside my parents house while I was staying there but my dad didnt allow her. Next time can we call the police and neck her out?
Can she enter my pg and stay with me forcefully? I have changed my number and my mail id and told my parents/colleagues/friends to not share my contact details.Can she trace me and come and stay with me? I dont even want to see her and not willing for mediation but she keeps sending notices from police to my office HR to get my contact details. Can she file DV and will it stand in the court?What if I say firmly that I wont stay with her no matter what? Please help me get out of my cruel wife.

Hello Sir,
I am leaving separate with my 17yr old son in a rented house.No legal saparation till date.
My husband never taken any responsibility not earned for family. Last 13 years, I am working & all responsibility taken by me, In house, outdoor work, my son’s study & my job. My husband treated me very badly. Always dominating & sometime beat me. After my son’s 10th exam, we got separate. He didn’t know where we were living? He always called my son to come back to home. ( I blocked his cell no.) But his behavior is not change. He always talks in dominating manner. He want’s we go back to him to serve him. My son also irritate by husband’s behavior. Now he blocked his cell no. last 3 days, husband wondering near my rented house. My landlord doesn’t aware about my situation. I don’t want any complications & don’t want to shift house, has my son is studding.
Pls advice what legal action should I take against this chasing?
I had complained before against husband in DCP office. But they do not take any action.

Daughter Married in Dec. 13 at Bangalore. Due to harrasment and mental cruelty she came out in March 14 and applied divorce in Chennai and still pending. Her belongings and jewels also NOT returned yet.
WE ARE LIVING AT CHENNAI. CAN WE FILE 498A NOW? WHERE SHOULD WE FILE AT CHENNAI OR BANGALORE?. WE ARE SO WORRIED!

I have appeled for interim maintance in HC. I have done rit petition and waiting for order.
I wanted to know if I take stay how long it is valid and procedure of taking stay. If i take stay will that help me in family court also.

Sir my sister has filed a FIR under section 498a,323,3/4,DP act against her husband and in-laws.recently chargesheet has been filed by police under above sections.but still has not submitted it at court. Now we have arrived at a compromise with the opposite party.now I want to ask you whether it is possible to file Final report by police with our consent so the case may be settled at police level itself without going to court,as we have arrived at a compromise and don't want further delay in all this mess.but if it has filed in court then how much time we will have to wait for all this to conclude.and please suggest which way is better for us,through police or through court.please help

I m been mentally tortured by husband everdqy since married.
We stay with his parents,they r ignorant about our daily fighta.
From past 3 years,my husband hasnt given me any share for my expenses.
Also he didnt register our marriage for first 2years,just registwred under special act in Nov'15

This is a query for my beloved friend. She had married 2 years back. It was a register marriage, forcefully done by her parents. The marriage was just to make sure the relationship, and also husband was working abroad, so for the purpose of arranging visa immediately. He went abroad. Things changed then after. She got a better job, also understood that she cannot live with that person. There is a total lack of understanding. They haven't even meet after that their register marriage. But the problem is that he doesn't want to get divorce. Like, he took revenge on her. What is the other possibilities to get a divorce as soon as possible. They haven't slept together, even meet after marriage. Is that can be considered as an advantage.?.
Kindly advise on how she has to move to get a clean divorce soon..?
