My Client's wife has been having illicit relationship with a married man for the last 2-3 years. On knowing their relationship, my client once punched her hard on the face, to which FIR was lodged against him; however police didn't arrest him. They had an amicable solution with the interference and mediation of our family members.
Now she is having open illicit relationship with that married man. My client lodged two FIRs against that man on the charges of trespassing & adultery and he got arrested twice for the same and released on bail as soon as he got arrested on both the occasions.
Now my client's wife has petitioned for divorce/title suit, What should he do, they have two major college going children and one minor school going. Children are with my client. My client and their children are ready to forgive her and want to live together happily, But she wants divorce at any cost on the ground of cruelty my client that that he once punched her and on the ground that my client is a habitual drunkard. My client has already left drinking 2-3 years back.
Please suggest to dismiss the divorce petition and for restitution of conjugal rights instead.

Dear sir,
District court passed me 20k per month maintenance in DV from date of application. Against this order I filed upper court application to increase the amount upto 30k, because I have kids also and still my husband not show any salary slip and other documents to court.
But upper court dismissed the my application said that passed FRSR order.we are not receive the court order as on date.my questions is -
1- what is FRSR order.
2- why upper court given that type of order even my husband not challenge on this application.
3.this Order effect to my Current DV case.
4. Can I go to High court against this order.
Please advice me.

Before 3 and half year of due to our dispute we become separate and she filed 498A , 325 , 323 , 406 and
125 against me.Because her extra marital affair with evidence, i don't want her to back in my life , I
am facing court trail from that time , .I have a boy child of 6 years who lives with her, i came to know
that before 1 Month ago she marries with another guy and living with him as her wife ... and even she
demanding settlement money to me to clear all court matters on me, I know where she go for second
marriage , i know the place with whom she lives but i dont have any physical proof of her second
marriage , Please Guide me What can i do to come out from all the matters and legally divorce from her
.., She goes with second husband and my child is at my father in law's place , they are not giving
custody of my child to me , they want settlement money to give my child back ,,, what can i do legally
to get divorse from her and get back my child , please guide me ....

Hi,
My mother who is owner of some immovable property, which she wants to divide between me and my brother, as we are her only legal heirs. My brother is a mental patient. My mother inherited the property from my father who had expired few years back, through relinquishment deed from both me and my brother. Now she want to divide the share amongst me and my brother and i believe there are two ways to share the property. One is through WILL and other through registered Gift deed. Gift deed is a very expensive affair. Now since my brother's behaviour is very unpredictable and i suspect that in case we get the will registered, my brother may get me into trouble while executing the will. Can you suggest some good means to inherit the property without getting into much of issues?

(1) what are the legal remedies available against a person who has abandoned his wife and his one year old kid at her parents' home? He is not responding at all in any way since last 8 months.How can he be punished for ruining innocent lives?
(2) what would be the fate of the male kid if separation is inevitable?.......with regards Devendra Kumar

Sir,
Husband called me a prostitute In court. He said he will pay for the no of days he spent with me. The judge did not record it nor she allowed me to speak. I'm completely hurt by this.
Thereafter I asked for mediation. She said "oh I'm sorry I completely forgot and passed For objections" she said.
What can I do about this?

In the two months of married life my brother wife was registered Dvc case against my brother in the court of vemulawada of karimnagar district of telangana it was fake case
We are attending every trial in the court ,in the part of hearing judge conduct a counselling to the couple and instructed them apply divorce ,my brother wife was not attending the case since 3 hearing and now she was given a petition against my brother and parents in the local police station
Police ASI and CI was calling us through phone for counselling
Sir my query was it is possible to register a case in police station while DVC was running in the family court
Sir please guide me in this case
