My mother had purchased a property in the year 1999. Later my mother passed away in the year 2004. I had a sister who had also died long ago in the year 1997 i.e the property acquired after demise of my daughter. My sister had left behind a son at the time of her death. Now my question is whether my sister's son has any right on the self aquired property of my mother? I have came to know that recently supreme court has opined that both parent and daughter has to be alove at the time of ammendment of hindu succession act 2005 to have any rights on the property. Pls advise

I am purchasing a property from a HUF and the sale agreement executed
This property was purchased by Karta before three month.
Now the registry time coming on 3rd July so I ask Karta that at the
time of registry all the members have to sign the registry but he
denied for this and say that I am the Karta of HUF and I have all
right to sale the HUF property and at the time of purchases i am the
only party as Karta in registry.
After some efforts to understand them they agree for consent letter
form family members.
Now i am in confusion that is it enough to get consent letter from HUF
members or not.
Need your Help regarding this.
Thanks & Regards,

I am an NRI. I was brought up and currently residing in muscat. I got married Jan 23rd 2015 in Trichy, Tamil nadu. My husband had agreed to come aboard with me after marriage since I wanted to finish my studies. But he did not come. His true colors revealed after marriage. i left after a month.he demanded me to come back after canceling my visa and stay with his parents. He mentally tortured throughout my pregnancy. he wanted more dowry and his father wanted a car. I did not go back to india fearing he might take my child away from me. I last called him in May 2015 and emailed him begging to live with him but no reply. After that, there was no contact. I gave birth to my child in Oct 2015 in muscat. My husband has not contact me at all, eventhough he was informed that i have given birth. In Feb 2016 i have sent him a divorce notice. He has replied in 22 pages of nonsense that im a bad person but he still he wishes to live with me because i have asked him to pay half the marriage expenses. till date he is not bothered to know anything about the baby. not even his name. im ashamed to have lived with a money eating person.
I jus want to know if he can stop me from coming back to muscat with my child and what if i am absent in court for all the hearings? what will be the consequences? Please help.. I have gone through a lot for a year. i want to put an end to this.

My mom in law harass me every day for every single thing in the house, thereby making my life miserable. Actually my mom in law has major influence on my husband n he agrees to whatever wrong she says. Whenever he returns from office she creates one or the other scene and lies to him for petty issues. She tells lies to him and ignites fight/ arguments between both of us. I m really very helpless as I hav got a small child to take care of. Mere parents be dahej me kuch bhi diya nahi hai... aur mere devar ki shadi me meri devrani ne bahut jewellery layi... aur hamesha mayke se kuch na kuch lati rehti hai... aur me kuchbhi nahi lati is liye harass karti hai meri MIL... Aur husband bhi hamesha me hi galat hu aise dikhakar kuch bhi bolte hai..... I m really scared and under severe mental tension, as I am scare of losing my son.
