Hi, Z has divroce case in family court. Her husband hacked her email id & took all details offer letter, bank statement from her email & presented in the court. She also showed all the details at the time of hearing . due to this monthly compensation was denied to her. He presented 1 page of chatting of her with different guy (X) & he showed that she having affair with X . But this is false she met with X on matrimonial site, met only once & X liked her. He said that he will marry with her , but X was not good he chatted only once vulgar with her. So she latter denied his proposal. Now should she accept or deny this at hearing
How we can prove that its a wrong.

good morning to all.
I was been accused of 498a,307,494,406,144,107,323,34,125,dv,hma24 etc
charge sheet filed in 498 case
307,494,406 dropped
Also mentioned they were been approached for 406 recovery multiple time but they didn't response.
But police kept 498a in the cs nd also mentioned she was been tortured for dowry from us and as witness her family members one police officer and doctor from municipality hospital mentioned.
And showed me as hidden absconded nd asked for warrent on me.
Is it any cause of worry sir. Other 8 of my family members accused got bail. Mine was pendinfg for 406 recovery. Freshly applied again by my lawyer after charge sheet been filed. All the cases r false i have multiple proff of it. Rather me and my family members are tortured physicaly have audiovisual proff. Pls guide i have my lawyer who looking after but i want to have experts opinions from here. I had always been guided here in this fouram by renowned learned persons multiple time. So seeking for your valuable help once again. Thanks.

my wife had filed false FIR under u/s 498a and 342 and now filed 125 for maintenance in oct 2015. I have one child for 2 years who is along with her. she is well qualified (Msc. Bed) and have working experience about 9 years in pvt. school presently she is also working but has hide the truth from the court, so I want to ask you if I will not able to proof initially as she is working so what amount can be awarded by the court to her as interim maintenance if my salary is 30k, and should i have to pay it from the date of petition filed or from the date of order passed by the court.

My mother has got 2 acre of paddy field on her name also holding pattadar on her name . My uncle along with ancestral properties of paddy look after my mother paddy field too .
uncle pay tax for both ( ancestral property and my mother property) in is name for last 5 years . Uncle is non married aged 83 having 3 sisters and 7 nephew and 3 niece . He dont have any other income to live . Now let him continue as it is . After his death
1 will mother get her properties back in her name
2 as he have 2 other sisters and nephews will mother property divided as because tax is in his uncle name ?

I am going to file Divorce case and i have some recording where My wife is abusing my family. My wife have tried for the suicide and i have medical certificate also where doctor had written that she consumed 10 to 11 pills. I have some photo when she scratched me on my face and my hand. My wife also abuse me and said like "mai tumhari job kha jaugi ".
Please let me know these proof is enough to file the divorce case, and how should i move ahead.

I want to know the procedure of changing sc caste to BC or obc caste.
I was earlier reddiyar caste then unknowingly my mother transfered to sc arunthatiyar.
When I came to know. I want to change again from sc to reddiyar.
What will be the procedure.
I havehave both community certificates. Kindly give any suggestion

my hma24 is going to end within 2-3 hearings.next hearing is my witness,if i file 125 by my parents now to avoid maintenance does it ll useful in reducing maintenance.
i already filed divorce on desertion ground.

She also showed all the details at the time of hearing . due to this monthly compensation was denyed to her. She file a FIR at cyber police station in Jan 2016 in main branch . They said that they will send query to near police station so you have to follow up with them. 4-5 times visiting police station , she did not got any response,& till date there is no reply
Each & every time they said that concern authority is not available for reply.
So what should be done to take action against him? how we can get details of hacking ?
Also her husband said that he knew passwords but its wrong.
please advice
