Can father ask to daughter to sign relinquishment deed in which father is party and daughter reliquishing her rights in favour of brother after death of parents

My case is going on in Mumbai under DV case. My husband had also filed divorce Petition in Ahmedabad , but due to some mistakes of court when I was absent court has given one sided judgment in favour of my husband without taking my evidence and then I have filed writ in high court. But my husband has now submitted maintenance order copy and cross of his witnesses of his divorce petition of Ahmedabad court in my Dv case at Mumbai and want to get the advantage and misguide the court. so, let me know in my written argument I will have to make argument in detailed on said documents or as per advice of my advocate I can flatly mention the Mumbai court not to consider his documents filed at Ahmedabad in this case.
my husband had filed documents in Mumbai and in next court date court will give exhibits to his documents. during that time my advocate can appeal to court not to consider his documents of \Ahmedabad court in Mumbai DV case ?
Please guide me .

Hello everyone, i am facing lot of humiliation and abuses from my girlfriend i am in relation with her for the last 3 year she is from mumbai and i am from bhopal mp i had come to mumbai for job there she met me initially we had good relationship but gradually she started behaving like anything, when i came to mumbai i was working with a bpo with a very less salary some how i used to manage because later if i refuse to meet her she starts blaming me that i am involved with some other girls. Feb 2016 i got a promotion due to which i had to shift to pune still on every sat sun i go there and stay with my old roommates. She doesnt want me to even talk to any girl which is not possible for due to business needs i have to co-ordinate with my colleagues. She slapped me on multiple occasions infact on road in from of my office and every times she threats me saying she ll complaint in police that i am terrorist because i am a muslim and she is maharsahtriyan. sice i moved here in pune be it summer winter or rainy i was going every week to meet her and spending lot of money every week which i can save and help my family i am the eldest one in my family and my father is no more. you might think i have written all the bull shit jumbled things but honestly i am not able to express my condition properly please after reading this if you could help me i will be thank full to you.

My cousin's wife is living separately since she gone for delivery. Earlier she used to give her daughter but for almost 2 years she refused to give. My cousin waited for her school admission and after admission, managed to get it directly from the school and was dropping back to her wife's home in the evening twice a week. He managed this for almost 1 year. [ Prior to picking daughter he was also informing his wife.]
Few days back wife refused school management to give him their daughter. School management held joint meeting and informed both to have some amicable solution. So ultimately his wife agreed to give her for twice a week.
Just after a week suddenly she gave a notice to the school not to handover the daughter to husband without court order.
Now the questions are :
1) Is the onus of getting the court order is on Husband ? If not, what he can do here ?
2) Suppose he goes to court how long is the procedure to restore the original status of getting daughter 2 days a week ?
[ Daughter is just of 4 years and husband is returning her back to her mother when she returns from the office.]
3) Is there any way by which she can be forced to maintain the agreed terms in presence of school management ? [ Like police intervention to maintain law and order till court issues final order]

Hi,
I am male, who was married (love marriage) during July 2009. After some months, we separated and got divorce on November 2011. Again I got married to some other girl during April 2012 (arranged). Though she knew that I was married before, we did not inform about the same to their parents. Now after 4 years of marriage, due to some misunderstanding between my wife, she is threatening me that she will give complaint that I hid my first marriage to her family.
(My first wife has also remarried another guy during december 2011.)
Am i going to suffer on bigamy or adultery laws?
In this scenario can my wife(second) get divorce from me?
I have a male child with my second wife (3 years old). Will it effect on my custody request.
(My first marriage was done according to Hindu Marriage Act and my second one is according to Special Marriage act)
Kindly clarify...

My wife got FIR registered against me in Jalandhar, Punjab under sec 498A, 406, 506.
I was fortunate to know about that and applied for anticipatory bail in Sessions Court. Notice was being issued to Police by the court to come up with the File or so.
After court notice, Police and other party got alerted and then they
1. Visited my office and searched me there at Ludhiana
2. Visited my relatives (Taya ji) in Jagraon. My Taya Ji was not at home and was at office. Police then went to their office to enquire about me.
Please let me know
1. Whether police can go in search of me AFTER FILING OF ANTICIPATORY BAIL OR NOTICE FROM THE COURT.
2. Are they authorised to visit my relatives in search of me at different city
3. When my Taya ji were not at their home. Do they have the authority to visit their office (Even if its 1 km away from their home).

I am coming to this forum after i tried everything to convince the boy , not to betray me like this , i begged him many times not to spoil my life . I was a very strong minded girl earlier but after this incident i have lost all my hopes . I lost all my self respect to save this . I need help /advice /legal support. I don't know much about legal /Indian law . I don't have any hope left of getting justice . I belong to a middle class family where a girl has certain restrictions and society values to follow . I followed all throughout my life . I have never been into any relationship .
I want justice , please help me and show me the path .
I got a marriage proposal in Feb 2014 through jeevansathi.com . I met the family and the boy , they liked me and said yes . My marriage was fixed for Dec 2014 but in between conflict happened between both parents and everything was cancelled . In this whole tenure boys mother , sister in law and boy himself gave all attention and care to me they can give . After the conflict happened between both families, boys still called me and remain in touch and assured me he wants to go ahead with this marriage . He said he will speak to his parents and I said the same . After 2-3 months struggle my father was ready to go ahead and start refresh . He even agreed to all their demands . This boy was all the time in touch with me (he was bangalore based and I was noida based ). He promised to me for marriage and all sorts of promise a boy can make to a girl . I trusted him . Since I was in relationship with him since April 2014, I believed whatever he said . We got engaged in April 2015 , he went to UK for a project and was only coming by mid June 2015 when there was no muhurat for marriage . So, our marriage was postponed and decided for nov/Dec. He exploited me in the name of marriage and I feel helpless of not been able to do anything except begging him . My marriage was to take place in Dec 2015 , just before 20 days , boy started saying nuisance . He said he don't want to marry me,he never liked me and don't want me in his life but still he exploited me sexually. After exploiting me he said all these . If he had told me earlier i could have myself broken the marriage .Even before 20 days when he started all the drama of compatibility and not liking me , he called me for his shopping and even to say sorry for his behaviour to his flat . This is the very first time I have went to his place in bangalore , I forgot to mention that after engagement I moved to bangalore when he was in UK to search for a job and stayed in PG.
I called me to his place before 20 days as well and forced me for sexual relationship saying anyways we are going to marry . A day prior to this he called me to a pub to meet him and his friend and help.him in his shopping . That evening only he started to say he doesn't want to marry me , he started saying he don't like me , we are not compatible. Everytime he used me in the name of marriage and now he is saying he don't want to marry me .For last 6 months , I am crying and begging him not to spoil my life . I am unable to tell my parents as what he did to me . What should I do ?
When I message or call , he says I am physco , mentally sick . I should go and meet a psychiatrist. Today , I am so kuch mentally tortured that I can't tell anyone .If he has not promised marriage , I might not have been in this condition .He fooled me as much as possible,He destroyed me mentally and physically both .
I came across one post where I read below lines and I was.unable to hold to ask ....
Well I understand that as per Indian law any guy who promises a girl for marriage and has a consensual s*xual relation under the false promise of marriage can be booked under the section for rape, as the girl is coxed under the promise of marriage and if the guy does not fulfill the promise the girl can file a case against him.
And does these cases go public . Do I have a chance of getting justice or I just more society humiliation.
I have 2 more sisters and that's why I didn't filed any case in Dec 2015 . I just hoped he might will understand his fault . Because of his false promises I am unable to live my life . Please suggest what should I do .

I am 34 yr woman who has suffered ventricular tachycardia which resulted in cardiac arrest in Feb 15. I was implanted with an AICD device thereafter. I now suffer from severe PAH and TR and the doctor has certified that I am 25-50% disabled. I have a 3.5 yr old daughter. Me and my husband stay together in a 2 bhk owned by both of us. In May I had been to my parents place but because my husband refused to come my parents had come to drop me and my daughter.after coming here my condition got worse and I had to be admitted twice once in ER and once 2 days hospitalization. My mother is staying with me in my house to take care of me. My husband and my in laws have several times objected to it that my mother cannot stay here. My husband and in laws insults me and my parents at any given chance. My mother in law calls her friends at home to tell my mother and me how we should behave. My husband and in laws have called my relatives to come and see how we are staying in her house(the house which is in name of me and my husband). She all the times talks loudly on phone and says we today met a crime branch officer we will we what can they do. Ulta wahi log jaayange jail mein. My husband does not talk to me , he listens to his mother. My in laws try every trick to hold my daughter and not allow her to come to me. My husband does not give me any money other than medical expenses. My and my daughters gold is in my husbands locker to which I have no access. My husband molests me whenever he can . His repeated molestation has caused my health to deteriorate till this stage. Please advice me what immediate action I can take as I fear for my life. I want to take my daughter and move to my parents place which is in another city if I go there can I file a case from there. If they do not allow my daughter to go with me what can I do. Please help me.
